No phone number or easier ways to contact. I visited about 2 months ago—waited for 2 1/2 hours (which was fine) I really wanted to try the viral beverage. I finally ordered and waited another hour after before I went to check on my pending order. I went to check on my order and the owner told me that it wouldn’t be ready for the next couple of hours, that they were brewing more coffee. Mind you, they ran out of half of the ingredients for the drink anyways. I opted into getting a refund and she insisted she will run it through the system and text me a confirmation receipt. That was back in October. STILL NO REFUND!!!!!! How do you just take peoples money and continue on? There is lack of ways to contact them and I do not live close by—as I had to travel to them for this drink. Absolutely terrible. Do NOTTTTT go here. The garbage in the back was overflowing and pumpkins were spilled everywhere. It was truly a mess. I will never return.

Amazing! All around great and i'll tell you why. Walked in right before they were closing, I was about to go on a 6 hour drive and was in desperate need of a coffee. I asked one of the baristas to make me something that would keep me awake but also still taste great. She couldn't have been more lovely, asked me the type of flavors I like, and made me one of the best lattes I have ever had. The only sad part was that it was all gone before I even hit the George Washington Bridge. Thank you Raffaele!

Went here because of viral Tik Tok and was sorta disappointed. The service was slow (I’m assuming they didn’t expect to be such an overnight sensation) the place just doesn’t have the capacity to serve so many people. The drinks are pretty but they’re very average and I asked about 5 others around me their thoughts and everyone agreed that their drinks were average. The girl behind the counter was nice but she had her lunch in front of the customers and I didn’t see her wash her hands after:/. Overall I would say to skip this place as no “vibe” is worth the experience we had.

Not worth the wait. Lattes and hot chocolates were not good but what was worse was watching employee restock the donuts and muffins using her bare hands, no gloves or tongs. This was done right after she touched her face and hair.
Such a weird experience. We were drawn in by the appeal of the viral pumpkin spice latte in a pumpkin. When we arrived we were surprised to see no line. At the counter they explained they weren’t serving out of pumpkins for the next 4 days due to a “bad shipment.”No problem: we ordered a charcuterie board, drinks, and a sandwich. We chatted with the owner who said she was overwhelmed with keeping up with the viral business and also all the “hateful reviews.” Hmmmm…Mid-ordering she paused and asked us to give her a moment at which point she texted on her phone for about a full minute. Weird, right? We found our seat and waited 30 minutes for drinks (no idea why, there was maybe one group in front of us.)After 45 minutes we saw a couple come out with the coveted pumpkin drinks. Don’t know why that would happen. An influencer? A friend of the owner? Did they order ahead? Did they bring their own pumpkin? Who knows. But it was pretty demoralizing to be told something’s unavailable, and then see it served to other customers…Finally we got our food over an hour after ordering. Again. No line ahead of us. And I feel like a charcuterie board is not a thing that takes a long time to make…After all is said and done the drinks were sugary sweet and the food was quite good.It made for a good story and the town is so cute and friendly. I really hope they shift their focus to customer service and better staffing.

Nice and cute place to take pictures. Came here the second time because I liked it at first. This time I came on Sunday around noon and ordered a coffee. It took them more than 20 min to make 2 cups of coffee. Guys, you should work much faster! On the other hand, it was surprising to me they don’t have sugar in small bags and give you a cup with sugar that is kinda dirty

Drove for over two hours to try Raffaeles and it did not disappoint! I met the owner who was the sweetest woman and a pleasure to have a conversation with! She was so kind to all of her customers that were waiting and eager to help everyone get their food or drink orders. I got the PSL and s’mores and both were delicious! I also snagged a few of their baked goods for the ride home and was pleasantly surprised by the flavor and freshness of everything! It was a wonderful little coffee shop with very friendly and kind staff. Can’t wait to make the trip back and try more from her menu ?

The service here is terrible and the food was inconsistent. In no particular order:-Wasps/hornets everywhere-photo op gimmicks more important than decent service-staff poorly trained and making everything take very long (from ordering to getting our food/drinks)-dirty tables-"Broken" buzzer/alert system according to staffDon't go here. Not worth the hassle and the bee stings

From my understanding this place went viral overnight from a tiktok video, so I’m understanding that Raffaele wasn’t expecting such a high volume of customers. I also saw the Instagram post that Raffaele is trying their best to become better. I was one of those people that saw the video of the pumpkin latte and I knew I had to come try. We live in the times of social media so everyone wants their picture with the pumpkin latte for fall, myself included. I expected the long line so that wasn’t a problem for me. I waited in line for about 35 mins and waited for the charcuterie board and the pumpkin latte for about 12 minutes.Raffaele is really nice inside with wood benches and tables. It’s actually pretty big for a coffee shop. There’s seating inside and outside and they have blankets. The downside is that I couldn’t find a bathroom. The coffee was smooth and velvety. I appreciate the fresh cinnamon stick on top of the whip cream. I love the idea of putting the coffee in a pumpkin because I love all things pumpkin. The pumpkin latte in the pumpkin is a lot, I recommend sharing it with someone. If I lived in the area I could see myself going back for a coffee once in awhile. The charcuterie board could’ve been better. We asked for extra salami instead of the prosciutto and the young lady who took the order said no problem, but the charcuterie board came out with prosciutto. When we went back up to the counter to ask them to change it a young lady with glasses said, “they told me that it was all salami.” At this point I didn’t want to argue and there were a ton of people standing around waiting so I just went back to the table. For $32 the charcuterie board should’ve been made as ordered or corrected. Or simply say at the register I’m sorry we can’t do substitutions. The charcuterie board was pretty bland. It could’ve used some oil/balsamic drizzle.I think that Raffaele is alright. It’s a beautiful coffee shop. I think they just need to step it up when it comes to order accuracy. Train the employees on the menu and correct an order if it’s wrong. They take all the orders by hand written notes. Make sure the notes all specific. They have to come up with a better system to mark the end of the line. I overheard them turning some people away because it was closing time, but I think they made the announcement before those people arrived. It’s pretty chaotic. Lots of people waiting for orders so you have to squeeze through people to get to the register. If you are one of those people who love photography or social media and you want to capture the leaves and the fall atmosphere while enjoying a coffee then you should visit. There’s something about little coffee shops in small towns that feels nostalgic and homey so I get it, but you could honestly just DIY the drinks/food at home. One thing I will give them is that they didn’t run out of pumpkins. I went to another place that is advertising drinks in a pumpkin and they ran out.If there was a bathroom, order accuracy and some line organization I would’ve given 5 stars.

Worth the wait and hype! The staff are kind and worked their butts off this weekend. The Hank’s Pumpkintown pumpkin spice latte is delicious. Their charcuterie board was fresh and flavorful, along with their paninis. My family enjoyed everything! Just be prepared to wait a while this season if you go on a weekend. Don’t go in a rush. I highly suggest management to hire more seasonal staff to help with demand.

Really packed and not much space to sit inside. I got the pumpkin spiced latte served in an actual pumpkin- it was ~ $15Fun for a one time trip.
I went to the viral coffee shop and waited the hour on line which was fine. I got up to the counter no one was wearing gloves. The woman went from touching her phone to touching straws then to filling up the display case and then grabbing pumpkins all without washing her hands also the bake goods are pre packaged so not really worth it. Just not sanitary plus the change I got back was sticky. It is cute if you want to take a picture tho.

The Instagram page got me here. The cute pumpkins out front were just too fall forward to skip. I got here around 2:30 on a Sunday. The line was down the block. There’s one very long line and it’s a seat yourself situation. Or find a little spot to sit in and hover over people for the spot and pounce once they get up.There arms swarms of bees buzzing around outside. Who knew bees love pumpkins. Many people were sucking and dodging to avoid the bees. Someone should have been passing the menus back. They were piled up at the register which was kind of pointless. The inside is small and has a rustic little feel. The bees also were inside. The hype has surpassed the space and there really isn’t enough seating. You have have any latte hot or cold but in the pumpkin must be cold. I ordered the PSL. No pumpkin. Large. It was 7$. Also, the white truffle mushroom “panini” for 16$. The PSL didn’t taste very pumpkin-y. Maybe because it was in a cup. I don’t know but it was okay. Just not super pumpkin flavored. The panini was soo tasty. But it was tiny. Not in any way possible worth the 16$. Which made me sad after standing in line for an hour and a half. I Santes to try the apple cider donuts but they were out of pastries by time I got to the counter. When I got to the front the girl behind the counter did ask me to wait a minute while she caught up on ordered which I did patiently but it gave me a chance to look at their operation and set up. All the milks sitting it on the counter some not in use… don’t those need to be cold? You must come with someone else to help you find and secure a seat while you do the line. The workers Come around with your items and say names to find you. They are running back and forth to all the seating areas and one guy is running outside to grab pumpkins from the front to be filled. It seems like they need more help at this time but maybe they just haven’t adjusted to the social media rush yet. Not bad but I probably won’t be back.
Vegetarian options: White truffle mushroom panini was delicious but small.
