What a great little find in the small village of cold spring harbor. We stopped here on a whim for lunch and had some great food and coffee. My wife and I split the shrimp and quinoa bowl, the chicken wrap, and two tacos. I know a lot of food, and we had plenty of leftovers, lol. The tacos were fire, some of the best basic shrimp tacos I've had in a while. The bowl was also very good and had a nice Chipotle mayo. The wrap was nice and fresh. We also got coffee and cookies for dessert. The chocolate chip cookies were awesome and a must try! Definitely recommend this spot for either food, baked items, or just a cup of coffee! Enjoy!

Went to have lunch with a few friends on Sunday order a wrap, it was soggy , had to remove wrap and eat sliced turkey with filling with a fork, when I mentioned to the young lady at the counter about my wrap she shrugged her shoulders and continued engaging her conversation on her cell phone. The atmosphere was loud, & tables were dirty as well.

I recently opened a business next door and decided to grab a quick lunch to-go at the Gourmet Whaler. Denise took great care of me and even hand-delivered my lunch to my shop and took a tour and chatted for a bit. My Buffalo Chicken Wrap was fresh and tasty! And she added her favorite drink for me to try - unsweetened green tea with a splash of lemonade. Delish! I can't wait to try her coffee and baked goods!

This bakery is my Saturday Staple! The workers are beyond excited to greet you and give you their undivided attention. Nico who usually takes my order every week is not only nice but also funny. He engages with all costumers with enthusiasm. The owner Denise is also very warm and friendly. Every visit is better than the last. My go to order is a turkey chipotle mayo croissant and a lavender lemonade. Delicious!
It”s my Home away from HOme. My happy place. I go everyday and although the food, drinks and baked goods are wonderful, the staff and Denise are like family!!!!!

My daughter and I have been happily indulging our sweet tooth at this treasure spot since we moved here! We’ve tried several of the scrumptious confections- and regularly select from the tasty scones, cookies and croissants. Our joyful experience is enhanced by the staff’s good cheer and enthusiasm. Nick, in particular, can be counted on to offer good conversation, laughter and exuberance with his well made latte! We always look forward to our weekly visit.
They serve the food in To Go containers, instead of plates.Coffee wasn’t that good either.I won’t go again.The server that served us was excellent all around, very sweet and polite. The one star is for the restaurant and it’s food and management. Not the server.Server gets 5 stars.
