My fav hidden gem.

Great spot for a beer in the back of this barber shop. Staff was friendly and the menus are easy to read and browse from (all on paper). A lot of seating which was good for my group of 7 people. I'll be back when I'm in Cold Spring again!

Hidden gem in Cold Spring with great beer and a fun idea. Felt like a Brooklyn speakeasy that was picked up and barged up the Hudson. Service was great, as was the beer selection.

Hidden gem! Cold Spring was packed but we were able to find ourselves two seats at this cute little bar in the back of a barber shop. So happy we found this place. Friendly bartenders and great draft beer and wine by the glass selection. Small plates if you need a snack. We had the goat cheese and honey and they were very generous with the cheese. The hard pretzels and mustard also hit the spot. Highly recommend.

Had a great evening sitting out on the little terrace. Richie served peaches and good gags all night. Excellent evening.

Great spot to hang and drink a glass of wine or beer. Good people… we feel like we met the whole community. Hope to come back soon! A vibe

Fun bar sharing space with a barbershop. The barber chairs are at the front; walk to the back to enjoy a beer, wine or drink at the bar, or sink into leather chairs at one of the small tables. Cool wooden ceiling. Convivial atmosphere.

I hate writing negative reviews but unfortunately my most recent experience here calls for one. I’ve gone to Barber and Brew a few times now—I make a trip up from the city every couple months to get a haircut and it’s been great until the one I just received. I asked for my usual, a blunt, unlayered bob that’s longer in the front and shorter in the back. What I got was a bob that was longer in the back, layered, and shorter on the left side of my head. I would’ve asked for it to be fixed had I noticed right away, but I only saw these issues once I got home to Brooklyn and got a closer look. Most salons have a one week period where you can return for a touch-up so I decided to try to get in contact with B&B, except they had no phone number to be found anywhere. I attempted to reach them on the platforms they DO have, Instagram and email, but did not receive any response. Poor customer service and communication, and a shame for the hairdresser who can’t be reached by their client. Now I have to spend more money to get my hair fixed elsewhere.

Being brand new to the area- finding the right barber can be tough! My worries quickly dissipated when I received a fresh hair cut from Chris! His professionalism, kind demeanor and exceptional execution of a mighty fine hair cut will keep me coming back every time! I highly recommend you book with Chris!

Great little hidden spot behind the barbershop. Friendly staff great selection of beer drinks and small plates will definitely have to go back to try more stuff I had the agave wine Margarita and it was to die for!

Stopped in after a hike through the Hudson Highlands State Park and was greeted warmly. Great selection of drafts and the pretzel snack was a great refresher. Highly recommend if you are in Cold Spring.
