I stopped in almost by accident. I needed to use a bathroom and I was stressed and thought I’d eat some yummy carbs and fats. This place happened to be on my route and I’m happy it was. The inside is lovely with plenty seating and the bathroom was big and clean. Now onto the pizza. This slice is BIG. I went with a cheese slice and one is definitely enough to serve as lunch itself. Aside from the size, it’s very tasty and has a nice texture. The crust has a slight crunch, but is also somewhat bready, making it a good foldable slice with a nice chew. The sauce and cheese, no complaints! A good NY style slice in the Hudson Valley.

A friend recommended Carlos for their pizza. I decided to take the 40 minute drive to give it a try. I was not disappointed!!! The slices are huge and had perfect thin crispy crust, NYC style!!! Also, the service was very good. I want to try a pizza pie to go to compare. Will update in the future.

I used to eat at brother’s pizzeria in beacon. Since everything at brother has gone down hill including their service I had to find a new place.This place is extremely clean.The pizza was good and my kids loved the penne alla vodka.Will be coming back to try more things.
