It’s a small cafe. The pastries are not many but delicious. We ordered almond croissant and apple and brie danish, both of which were super crispy and full of rich creamy flavor. Paired with a cup of hot latte, it was a satisfying breakfast.

I recently visited Cold Spring Coffee, and the bakery was fresh and inviting. It was busy because of the weekend, but the service was great. The staff took the time to explain the ingredients in each pastry, which I really appreciated. Since it’s fall, many of the bakery’s offerings had apple flavors, and I tried the original scone and apple muffin—both were delicious. Definitely a cozy spot for fresh baked goods and seasonal treats!

This coffee shop has truly incredible hot chocolate. Their whipped cream is homemade and exactly what you want this fall. The staff were extremely kind and I can’t wait to go back every time i’m in cold springs

I don't want to leave an extremely negative review because I didn't even try anything here, but it's worth noting that I waited for 15 minutes on line, super excited to try something here, but while I was waiting on line, I noticed that flies were going in and out of the display and landing on the bakery items on the top shelf.
I was still going to stomach it and hope that they weren't landing on the jelly donuts on the bottom shelf, but when I finally got to the front of the line, I noticed that there was a fly on one too.
I ended up just walking out after waiting so long and was super disappointed because I actually wanted to try one.
You guys should really get a display case with a sliding glass door on the back. This would have been two separate health code violations in NYC.

Good pastries. Staff were not pleasant. We all ordered the same drink and all 3 of them tasted different which was strange. Wouldn’t go back.
