Cold Spring Coffeehouse deserves credit for its creativity—did you ever have a poached egg and goat cheese cruffin? Neither did I. Beyond those inventive touches, the place fits right in with the charm of the village. The pastry and coffee selection is broad and appealing, making it a good stop if you’re in town.

That said, prices are on the higher side for what you get—this is Cold Spring, not New York City. The backyard could also use a bit of TLC, but...

Quick stop to grab a coffee and a muffin. We tried the plum and almond muffin and it was delicious. The mushroom egg pretzels were just okay. They have a wide variety of pretzels too!

Loved my experience at Cold Spring Coffee House. Awesome pastries, coffee & service.
Busy place as all food is made from scratch in on site bakery. Barista's are amazing!!! 😁
