Great experience as a first time customer. I placed an online order a couple days ago for a Thursday (today) delivery in Beacon. The fish was nicely packaged, the delivery person was nice and friendly, and called me when he was outside. Fish was fresh and delicious!

Best new store in the Hudson Valley! Their fish is super fresh, super tasty. I’m addicted to making poke bowls since I’ve had their sushi-grade tuna. Unbelievably good! I also appreciate that I can preorder bread from Balthazar, which is a treat!

I can’t believe I found this place!! No where to buy fish in Newburgh and at last I found Cold Spring Fish. I was so impressed by the quality of their selections I couldn’t decide what to bring home so I decided to buy both wild halibut and sockeye. Both were immaculately fresh! I plan to be a regular customer! Well done Cold Spring Fish. And shout out to Jane who works there, she was lovely!
