I was pleasantly surprised by this random food truck - the owner is super sweet. Check their Facebook page for hours of operations, location, and menu. The food is delicious - my favorites are the crepes, dumplings, and stuffed cabbage. The food is phenomenal - everything is made fresh daily and they really put their heart in it. The stuffed cabbage is so nice and steamy, perfect for a chilly winter day! The dumplings are super juicy and hearty, they don't skimp on the filling. If you check their menu on fb, you can call your order in ahead and avoid having to wait, especially during lunch hours. It's a fantastic and delicious lunch alternative to all the chain and fast food joints in the area - I happily drive 20 minutes each way for it.
