Super cute spot! Looks so modern too! Definitely has that Ying and yang vibe to it. Everything seems so well balanced.
I tried a few things: - Guava with pineapple coconut Fresh milk tea (so good! Subtle sweetness) - Mango milk tea (sweet and creamy) - Caprese Sandwich (yummy and filling, comes with chips.) - passion fruit, coconut Cheese cake (my favorite!)
Now I want to talk about the staff. Lily was so kind and helpful. She made the experience extra special.

Was very excited to sit and have a cup of tea. Stood on line to use the bathroom. Owner walked over to ask us if we had a āreceiptā. Told her we didnāt since we first wanted to use the bathroom and then purchase the tea. We didnāt want to bring our drinks into the bathroom!!! She wouldnāt let us use the facilities. First time this has ever happened to us. Left and wil not recommend or walk in again.

A beautiful space with amazing teaāthe jasmine tea was delicious. So much attention to detail went into this place, and they take their tea seriously. They bring it out at the exact temp itās meant to be at. The space is gorgeous, and the interior garden features are stunning. The moss is real!

This place clearly wasnāt prepared for the huge number of tourists that came during peak foliage season ā and honestly, neither was I. I completely understand it, though. I totally get that they might not have the resources to handle that kind of rush. Still, if I could give one piece of advice, it would be to plan ahead and stock up better for those high-traffic days.
The place was absolutely packed, which shows how popular they are. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I waited in line for about 15 minutes, and by the time I got to the counter, they were out of boba. I didnāt want to wait any longer, so I had to improvise and order a matcha instead ā but it was a bit of a struggle. Perhaps they just need more staff during weekends.
I understand it wasnāt entirely their fault, but I do think they lacked some operational foresight to make the experience smoother for customers. I specifically came to try their boba ā after other nearby spots were closed or also had long lines ā and ended up not being able to taste what I came for.
Their ceremonial matcha was good, but I couldnāt choose the sweetness level, the milk type, or customize anything because the staff was clearly overwhelmed trying to manage the line. Iād be willing to come back on a quieter day.

Iām a big fan of ROWSEELEE after visiting the Mahopac location. I came to Cold Spring just to see if this location lived up to the first experience. The line was pretty long on a Saturday evening, so the wait to order was around 15 minutes. The interior is gorgeous though and the staff was very kind and helpful! I tried the ceremonial matcha latte with oat milk (extra) and boba, and we also got a mango milk tea with boba. It took around 10 minutes for our order to be prepared, see the picture attached! I loved the matcha (the most flavorful and strong matcha Iāve had in a while). Would definitely recommend trying it, itās worth the price. However, the boba was not up to par, as they were pretty chewy and not as sweet. The mango milk tea was also not as refreshing as it couldāve been, but we appreciated the mango flavor. Would come back to try all the desserts and give it another chance, since itās definitely high quality!
