We stumbled in here before our hike and were greeted by Jimmy the owner. He immediately welcomed us in with open arms and spoke to us about his hotel, the neighborhood, and gave us directions for our hike. The food was amazing! We both got paninis and ate it with Jimmy’s funny and warm company. We had the whole place to ourselves and he took excellent care of us. We connected with him and his story a lot and loved supporting small Black owned businesses! We are absolutely coming back soon. Jimmy is the best!!

The owner is a completely crazy. We drove here after a hike. Since we had just finished a hike, we were looking for something refreshing, but they didn’t have that. We asked to be seated inside, but when we noticed how small the place was, we decided to sat outside. We looked at the menu and saw they only had sandwiches, so we asked if they had anything on else on the menu. Mind you, we were parked outside of this place. The waiter and the owner asked us (separate times), if we were ordering something, but we were still debating because it was a hot day. When we decided not eat there, the owner started yelling at us that if we wanted to used the bathroom (which I did when we arrived), that we should’ve said that. Then, he started cursing at us, screaming in front of everyone who was outside. It was honestly a crazy experience. Never have I ever felt so disrespected in my entire life. He even said that his bathroom now “stinks,” because I used it (remember, we just came from a hike). This owner is completely unhinged. Do not go there. Their menu is not even good.

Way overpriced for what it is. Two small sandwiches on white bread, two cans of soda and a cup of soup was $40. All on paper plates and soup heated up in the microwave was not very good. Space was small but clean. Atmosphere was odd. Server was nice and it seems new so maybe they are still working out kinks, but not really a "farm to table" spot.
The food here was DELICIOUS. The avocado toast and caprese with avocado were seriously so good, I would totally go back to Cold Spring just to eat them! Owner was super nice as well. Highly recommend!

Two words, Ginger Waffles. I paired them with an apple cider with rum which was also really good. If you're having a hard time finding curly fries, you can find them here as well. Friendly service, dinner/restaurant ambiance, the owner gave us desert on the house and was very courteous. We enjoyed it very much. Outdoor seating available. Would come back and would recommend for breakfast and lunch.
