Please shut this place down, it has truly gone to the depths of hell…terrible service, food was cold, 15 minutes to be seated, after a “host “ said I’m sorry I’m the only person here your going have to wait. Other people were just walking out, people that were seated were walking out even before we got seated! We ordered wings and tots with cheese, they gave us tots with 1 slice of cheese barely melted and called it “tots with cheese” My pregnant wife could not even use the bathroom due to team members changing and having there clothes scattered all over the bathroom floor Please avoid this place like the plague. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Perhaps the worst Buffalo wild wings. The moment I walked through the door it was a bad experience. No one at the front desk for at least 10 minutes. When someone finally showed up that you can tell that they just didn't want to be there. After finally being seated with the group and ordering food, was very poorly made. The wings barely had any sauce and were very dry. The waitress only stopped by 1 time and we had to call her over whenever we needed something. I hate to say people should lose their jobs but this location needs a complete staffing rehaul

This place has the worst customer service, no good morning, no “hello I’m… , nothing basically what you want. It has no customer service the food has gone down in quality horrible won’t be back to this location.

Great food the service was fast.
We ate at the bar and the bartender was friendly and polite.
My complaint is only about the fact that the restaurant needs to be vacuumed and the bathrooms need more care.

We did a take out and our fault was we assumed that the order is complete. Unfortunately when we arrived home, we were missing some of the food items we ordered. I called and asked them that we are unable to pick up the missing food and we just want a refund. The staff told me to email the restaurant because she can't refund it over the phone for some reason, she said she is not allowed to do a refund without an email. I emailed them and Unfortunately it was a wrong email. I called them again but nobody is picking up the phone. Their service is horrible...the staff was adamant to accommodate my request of refund and gave me a wrong email.

Great food, only complaint is I’m a flats type of person, we ordered 30 pcs, got 5 flats…. That’s unacceptable… when we mentioned it, they said it’s random. But if we made a special mention how is it every time we go, it’s more drums than flats. Plus if you want to order all flats it’s an upcharge, all drums it’s an upcharge…
The locations can be a little more tidy… especially Westbury. But the wings are great and the employees do try to be nice

Order took an extra 28 min at pick up than originally informed AND missing item, my fault for not checking bag before leaving. Missing motz Stick for my kids, their dinner. Had to drive back to get it right and replace items missing.
I ordered with enough tome to make it back to see NLCS Game 1. Sadly didn't get home until the 4th inning uGh ugh ugh
Got home, opened my order. Come on. I work hard and no one deserves the nachos I got. Stale chips and light sprinkling of the toppings not even on the side so some were soggy. But then again i did eat 45 min + after my first trip to pick up.
Don't get me started on the wait. I had to go into the restaurant twice because no one is in the take out order section. No one wad around.
Honestly such unprofessional management. It's a shame. The couple behind me said its always like his horrible customer service no one is around. But they said its the only place near in queens. A damn shame ppl come because they feel they have no other choice. I'm done with my rant. What i get cause I wanted a break on a sunday from cooking dinner.

Ordered for pick up and order was wrong! No soda I had to ask for the sodas spent $50 and came out with 30 bucks of food my son didn’t even get his apple juice and I didn’t get my fries ….. why isn’t this place closed is the question ?? All the bad reviews and no answers me does anything about it…… I had multiple customers while I was waiting telling me that the is place never does pick up right I will definitely never go back to this place again!

I did a takeout order on my dinner break. When I entered at the correct time, no one approached the desk for 10 minutes. I waited a total of 50 minutes for 10 boneless wings and a chicken sandwich. My job is around the corner so it took me about 5 minutes to realize that I had the wrong order. I called the restaurant and I was offered by a male employee to get my order freshly made or retrieved. I came back to the restaurant with the wrong food that I was given and I had to wait almost 10 minutes more to get my order. Then I get back to work 10 minutes late from my break and you guys forgot my ranch. Horrible customer service. Barely even got an apology from the kid who gave me the wrong order in the first place.
Whoever was working at takeout orders from 5:49 - 7pm on 10/12/24 clearly just doesn't care. This restaurant wasn't even busy 🙄

The wings were good. It was crowded and understaffed when i went, but my server Milli, was very attentive and hard working. Give him a raise. Milli is one in a million.
Slow service. Took almost 10 minutes just to have our server come take our order or even acknowledge us for that matter. Half our order didn’t come out with the other half that did come. Men’s bathroom out of order.m during busy Friday night and then to top it off the servers pen exploded while I was signing the receipt which got ink all over my fingers! Server didn’t even check up on us once. Never coming back ever again!

I had to re-edit my post. I went on a Tuesday night and it took 1 hour to get a takeout order done. There were only 10 people inside and it took 1 hour. I do not understand how it can be this bad service and the food quality was absolutely terrible. The burnt Mac and cheese. How is that possible?? I would not recommend coming here.

First, let me start by saying that as soon as we walked in, we waited a good 10 minutes to be attended to. Several workers were just standing around, looking at my family and me. Afterward, the waiter finally sat us down and took our orders. When she brought out the tray and drinks, I had to request a tray change twice, but they still brought me a dirty one each time, when I confronted the waiter on the dirty tray she stated that that how they come sir.That’s when I decided to leave and find somewhere else to eat. Oh, and how could I forget—the bathroom was horrendous!
