Pretty good food for the price, waitress was friendly and attentive. Some flickering light bulbs and flat soda were really the only 'issues' we ran into. Something about the atmosphere here that lacks character and reminds me of eating in a hospital cafeteria, think they need warmer lighting in the place. I could also smell bleach which made things unpleasant, I went about 30 minutes after opening so I guess they were cleaning to open but really killed my appetite. I think next time I would just get this to go rather than sit in.

I paid for a pick-up order and the take-out manager didn't take my order out of the kitchen until four other orders were ready. My order was ready 15 minutes ago, but she didn't take it out until the other orders were ready and brought out together. Horrible service. My food was cold, and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes.

I waited at the front waiting for to be seat and lunch time dont have much ppls i waited over 20mins no one come to serve us at all so i left this is ridiculous!

If I can give this place a -0 I would from the service to the food was completely horrible. Do not feel welcome. Servers don’t want to take table I hear them arguing about who’s taking care of us !!! We were literally waiting 35 to 40 minutes. I was so embarrassed I wanted to walk out I was so uncomfortable The professionalism in this place Does not exist I used to come here very often. I don’t know where the actual good staff went but the ones that are still here have no mannerism is literally disgusting. You need to close down.

Very horrible customer service. This is usually our go to buffalo wild wings location, however, this is the second time that we have arrived around 23:15 and were denied service by this location. The website clearly states that they close at midnight, I've called and was advised that the last call is at 23:30, yet I've arrived at 23:15 only to be told by one of the servers that there are no more servers available that they've all went home and they are no longer taking anymore customers, meanwhile we can clearly see there are servers in the restaurant, as there were a few customers seated in the restaurant.

Very horrible customer service! This clearly drives customers away from your establishment!

This place needs a name change. Can not cook Sysco bag food properly. What is suppose to be chicken is so over cooked is is really mistory meat. This place gives Buffalo Wild Wings a very bad reputation. This is the 5th place I have been to. There is no form filling out. As the food is totally not fit for human consumption I will never eat at any Buffalo Wild Wings coast to coast. The food is that bad.

The only thing I can say is that I have been coming here since they first opened up and when they opened up they had a full staff and everyone was attentive and friendly. As a restaurant manager for 15 years in franchises and mom and pop- this franchise overall does not care about their employees or their mission statement. They hire people who are beginners and they also hire people based on how many days they can work- which is not only illegal but down right dog eat dog world. Employees constantly complain they can’t finish school or see their kids or get their life going cause they do not have set schedules! For this chain to be so careless and heartless to their employees how does one expect to have ELITE CUSTOMER SERVICE? I feel so sorry for these employees. Some even say “ it’s so busy today and we are understaffed which reflects on our tips “ —- hey big corporate dooshes- maybe really turn around and treat your followers ( under management staff) to follow leaders as they should and your mission statement. Thousands of BWW have closed down for years due to lack of compassion and transformational leadership focus.

To be clear I am someone who see how horrible BWW treats employees all over the nation; but this location is by far just as bad as the one in valley stream !!

Management needs to shape up and rebrand their careers and focus on their followers ( people running day to day operations) this is far from any innovation I have ever seen in New York City.

This Buffalo Wild Wings is poorly ran. No service whatsoever. Mangers just sat there watched us walk in and didn’t take care of. The one waitress there had 5 tables in addition she had a table of 12. We finally sat down she was so overwhelmed she with other tables we just got up and left. They deserve no stars at all.

Trash went today 12.99 walked in waited 10 min for a greeter to acknowledge me, sat down for 20 min no acknowledge or drink to kick off walked out, I think they playing the waiting bottomless app games 2 apps per hour. they will wait u to death...... I walked out after 20 min waiting

Just left this location. The one at college point. I like to give people the benefit of a doubt. Our waitress was nice, first she bought out some appetizers that we did not order to our table. I can forgive that mistake. Second, she bought wings to our table that we did not order. . .third, she gave us the wrong check when we were ready to pay. This is getting ridiculous now. First time at this place. Last time for sure.
