I came with my boyfriend for dinner around 7ish pm 4/19/24 and we very disappointed. When we arrived we felt highly uncomfortable because the host was ignoring us, he saw us standing there for a good 6 min (mind you it’s not busy) and not say anything, then went to take an order with another table (the people who were in the table even told him to acknowledge us first before starting their order). He came with an attitude and we noticed but decided to ignore it. After being seated we got a server who was kind but is completely clueless her name is Karima. We ordered 20 wings with a side of large fries two drinks and two waters. We got the wings within 15 min but decided to wait until we got our fries to start eating, 10 min pass still waiting on our fries and the water that we asked. 15 min pass and the table that arrived 5 min after us got their order and we saw they had fries while we were still waiting. 10 more min so we asked Karima, which honestly is ridiculous because as a server if you don’t see a customer eating it’s common sense to check up if everything is ok, she didn’t. Another couple minutes pass so we tell her we want this to go because we were upset that we still hadn’t gotten our fries when there’s clearly fries for everyone else. She brings us the containers for our wings and then brings a little box of fries… . We originally ordered a large but she said she didn’t hear that even though we clearly said large fries with a side of ranch. All that time we were waiting for a small amount of fries. Also we didn’t get our water until we left. As you can see we didn’t even finish our drink’s because we were waiting on damn fries for an hour. This place needs better training or better workers because waiting an hour for our fries which she also got the wrong size is insane, and the hosts ignoring you when you enter is lame and rude. Not sure when this will change but it’s clear they don’t care for what I see in the reviews.

I been liking buffalo wild wings very much for decade. But today There was a lady passing the food to the table, i believe she is a shift lead or manager, she was literally chewing her food and serving the food at the same time, which is very unhygienic and unprofessional. The food quality has dropped from 100 to 25 now. The food thats being served looks very unprofessional and messy. Lots of improvement needed in management side to bring the business back to it original form.

For starters there was one waitress that took forever to take our order on a Monday and we were told they had no well alcohol as they advertise well drinks from 9 pm to 12 am. finally got my food at 11:20 pm with my drink. They announce that the bar is closed at 11:22. Literally 2 min after I finally got my drink. Not even a last call 30 min from closing and they just wanted everyone out. Not worth it.

I visited the college point location the night of 4/10 with my wife and 2 children. We sat ourselves and saw at the table that we can order and pay through our phone which I did. I ordered 30 bone in wings a large fries, ultimate nachos and 2 drinks one which was a lemonade. After placing our order we noticed soon after the server who was in the area was taking peoples order after we came in. When we placed the order we asled the server if she could tell the kitchen staff to please make the wings extra crispy and she said ok no problem. Over 10 minutes later the server brought our drinks. My wife started drinking the lemonade and she said it had no taste, I tasted the drink and it tasted like water with no flavor. We waited for the server to eventually come back to tell her, as soon as my wife told her the issue with the drink she just grabbed the drink and walked away before my wife could tell her she wanted a different drink. We got the nachos another 10 minutes later which we ate no issues. After waiting over 30 minutes we finally received our wings and fries. Almost immediately we noticed the wings didn’t look right. My wife took one of the wings and the skin came right off and had too much sauce on it. The wings were undercooked despite the plate having extra crispy stickers on it. We did not take any chances on eating any not wanting to possibly get sick. My wife took the plate of wings and went to another server and asked for a manager. When he came he right away said “you guys have been here a while” my wife showed him the wings and told him we specifically told the server we wanted the wings extra crispy. He showed no compassion or understanding just saying “but the wings do look good”. All he did was just remove the wings from our bill. He didn’t offer to remake the wings or offer any other kind of discount or apology. Our kids just ate the fries and we paid the bill and left. We ended having to get something else to eat as we didn’t even really eat much there. Unacceptable wait, poor attitude from the server and even worse customer service from the manager who did nothing to try to right the issue. Will never return to this location again!

Takeout is horrible at this place! Employees said it be 30 mins of a wait and turn into 1 hour or so. Very unorganized and employees don’t seem to care about those customers who want to takeout. They’re very slow to attend their customers. Not very attentive for those people who order takeout! After waiting for 1 hour no napkins was given nor the drinks we order! Then we end up waiting for another 10 mins for someone to attend the takeout area. I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER TAKE OUT.

This place never fails whenever I do a pick-up order. It takes a ridiculous amount of time flagging a willing staff to assist in the takeout section (I have to keep going inside the restaurant and approach a staff) AND waiting for the actual order. This happens ALL.THE.TIME. Guess it's my fault for giving them another chance and hoping they'll be faster. Sigh. If the takeout is mad long. I wonder if dining in is any different?

I don't want to say the service was horrible because there was only 1 server for all the tables and I think she was doing the best she could but as big of an establishment that this is IF YOU DON'T HAVE ENOUGH STAFF OR SERVERS for your guest you guys should not be open !!!!! Waited over 10 min 2 be seated and the restaurant was not even packed n waited almost an hour for some wings,nachos n fries . Drinks took almost 30 mins to come. Every time I have come the service sucks and by the looks its only getting worst! It's a shame cause the food is not bad ! Every time I have tried giving this business the benefit of the doubt I get disappointed so was last time I tried!! Smh

Service is conducted by a bunch of kids. They have the hostes but seem not to know what her job is (to welcome seating the guests). She makes us wait for 5 minutes, while they are plenty of empty tables, and when we ask why she didn't seat us, her answer was "I am waiting for the server to be ready! - Ready for what?? The server is taking the order on one of the tables.She just stands doing nothing by the hostess counter!Food is taking almost an hour to come out!Charged us an extra dollar for wedges fries, but it comes as regular skinny fries.Overall experience, I will give maybe 2 at the most!!So disappointed!!
