This place is worth trying. They serve large portions for affordable rates. Consistently well kept and with good ambience. Highly recommended.

Tudor style building with huge fireplace - more like a German beer hall! Well-prepared french dishes along with excellent service. A cozy setting for 2 or large gathering. The fresh sea bass was perfectly cooked (not overcooked like many restaurants), and the bouillabaise was delicious with perfectly cooked scallops etc. Only disappointed because panna cotta was not available that evening. Reason to return!
came here last minute for New year's Eve. The quality and taste of the food was pretty bad and not worth the price at all Was not impressed and will definitely not be going back.
I have to say the food is good, however it is the most racist bar and restaurant I have been to in NYC.
The pricing is okay for quality, which is spotty. The prime rib was cooked well, but meat quality wasn't great. The mac and cheese side is a crime against both pasta and cheese. It. Is. Horrible.
Love the cozy bar seating but the main dining room is nice as well. The Chef allowed me to choose either white wine or tomato for my mussels. The white wine was perfect. My boyfriend always selects the thick-cut bacon as an appetizer. The Rib-eye was perfectly cooked. In the past, I have enjoyed the Grand-Marnier Sole and Salmon Wellington. We shared the cheesecake so I could have coffee with my affordable prix-fixe lunch.
