Anis was an exceptional employee. I ordered an iced caramel latte before this order. The machine didn’t give out the right amount of expresso. Upon learning about my dissatisfaction Anis took initiative and re made my iced caramel latte. He is a great example of a great employee. I am very thankful for his customer service. Keep up the great work!

Lattes a delightful just wish they offered a bigger large. Their large is my medium, and they need to add a super duper large to the coffee and espresso drinks for us caffeine addicts

If I could give this place a 0 I would. We live 5 minutes away from this Dunkin and for them to be so awful, and incredibly mean is such a disappointment. Every time I ordered here, the order was wrong so I stopped going. But my mother ordered online, went into the store. They Said they didn’t have what she wanted and she asked for a refund and they literally said NO! Just no! Didn’t try to help her with her issue at all. They said you don’t like it, call customer service. My mom was fuming. They even got her coffee wrong and the sandwich she ordered too. This place needs to get their act together we are definitely not going back.

Just went to dunkin to get two croissants I was waiting for my change just for the lady at the register not to give me back my change and to put it in her tip cup. How can you just pocket my change without giving me a chance to grab it 🤦🏻♂️

The lady here took forever to take our order when the store was empty then had an attitude while taking our order then my milk shake was super watery and I simply asked if she can make it thicker and she started raising her voice saying she has to charge more for that and that’s how a milk shake is suppose to be. Very rude and unwelcoming
It’s bad don’t go here bad customer service no one talks to you, I tried talking to one of the worker she just ignored me, bad customer service in my opinion never going
