Old Spanish lady was very nasty, asking for help, she give me piece paper with phone number for bjs to complain about members ship, she give phone number for some else, this is not the way to help people, this is the las time to shoping in bjs, I will be move to Cosco immediately.

I’ve been coming to this location for many years. I think the store is awsome. Very well organized with plenty of space. Front end handles the lines as well as possible. The only issue I find problematic is the Deli. The staff isn’t the problem. They need a bit more leadership and people. They seemed overworked with not enough manpower.

Overall this location is actually quite good given the large parking lot, proximity to other stores, and I'm more likely to find what I need as opposed to other BJ's locations, though this last point might just be my visits to this location syncing up more often with days when they get new inventory, that being said, I took 3 stars off because the contactless payment system at this location is awful, I've tried using the tap to pay functionality and it has failed on my last three visits, regardless of whether I am using my phone or my card, it just throws up an error, but then when I use the same phone or card at another store or another BJ's location it works just fine, I don't know if it is something with their network or the actual POS terminals but they really need to get them fixed for this location

WATCH OUT FOR THE RACIST HISPANICS ON THE RECEIPT LINE. THEIR OWN PEOPLE THEY DON'T STRESS LOOKING FOR EVERY ITEM BUT FOR BLACK PEOPLE THEY DO. Lure you into signing up for a credit card then tell you you can't use your card number in the store because it isn't the Physical card when I didn't get it in the mail because I signed up 2 days ago

A group of us watched as a young couple stole a bunch of ice cream and water….the girl was stuffing all of it into her bag while her boyfriend was standing nearby in the back where they store the bottled water. The woman next to me
made eye contact with me like “Are they really doing this out in the open?” They left opened boxes of ice cream and other items half empty and walked off. We flagged down a nearby employee and tried to tell him we saw people blatantly stealing but he shrugged it off and walked off into the back. Meanwhile, the paying customers always seem to get an entire pat down when exiting with their receipt items. Them seem to have an incessant pattern of targeting people of Asian descent in these excessive pat downs when counting each and every item in the cart and from the receipt while waving away those of other races. Shoplifters welcome! Paying Asian members beware.

I have been going to this BJs for the last 10 years and it seems to get worse and worse. Lines are getting longer/slower, and items are never there when you need it. If you have a coupon you can pretty much forget about finding the needed item there. The only reason people would go to this BJs vs the BJs in Flushing (Skyview Mall) is because of the parking.

I wasted my money on an Xbox, which even though the box it came out out said it Ms supposed to have 500GB of storage, only had 364GB of storage. Literally after waiting WEEKS to hear back from BJs college point, mind you you can’t even reach them on the phone if you called, they finally told me I could stop by and get a replacement. After wasting 3hours out of my day to get to the store and back home, I realized the replacement item they game me also had only 364GB of storage. Mind you again, EVEN THE BOX said it’s supposed to have 500GB.

I escalated the matter and after DAYS of waiting, the supervisor called me and stated my options are to either accept it as is or return the item. BJS COLLEGE POINT IS SELLING FAKE OR DEFECTIVE XBOXS. IF YOY HAVE BOUGHT ONE CHECK YOUR SETTINGS TO MAKE SURE YOUR XBOX HAS 500GB of storage otherwise they got you like they got me. DO NOT TRUST THIS CLUB WITH YOUR SYSTEM PURCHASES! Just got to GameStop or other game related stores.

On top of that I am still waiting for a membership refund which was supposed to take 2/3 weeks to process. ITS BEEN A MONTH AND ONE WEEK!

Bjs college point is a waste of time and money. And their employee could definitely use customer service training. Including that rude superior that called me today.

My family and I went to this location last night and we had 2 5.00 coupons for the Enfamil Milk under my brother in laws name. My brother in law had asked us to purchase milk for our nephew because he works overnights. We told the truth to the manager and supervisor. We all share the last name. The manger Jon stated that this was a policy they were cracking down on. He made it sound we were committing a fraudulent crime. I explained to him you have customers using other people's EBT card not checking there ID because the person who checked out in front of me was using someone elses EBT card and we who are hard working individuals that spend thousands of dollars in BJ's could not use a 10 dollar coupon and you wanted a matching ID for a coupon? I am disgusted with BJ's at college point. And no I am not a "Karen" My skin is light but I am 100 percent Ecuadorian thank you very much. Never shopping there again!

No complaints about the in club experience, but please get rid of the solicitors in the parking lot. Large uptick in solicitors stopping customers from leaving. Had one leaning on my vehicle and haggling me for “coffee” money before leaving to find his next victim.
