They didn’t redeem the free donut on Wednesday. I ordered ahead through the app but then it started acting up and couldn’t sign in anymore and the person working there didn’t care about it. So I wasn’t able to get the reward. Horrible customer service.

Everytime I send my husband in for frozen coffee colate the machine is never working. Sent him the other day for cold lemonade never asked weather if I wanted green tea or lemonade!
