I walked up at 6:42 to a completely gated store, walked into the side door up the ramp to be told it's closed. The store closes at 7 pm, why am I being told it's closed at 6:42. This is not the first time. 2 customers were in the store getting food but I'm told it's closed. This is the only Dunkin that closes this early and the only Dunkin that always closes earlier. Get the place the hell outta here.

I went to exchange a coupon for a donut in the purchase of a coffee and first they told me that they could not read my QR code, then it had already been used and then that they simply did not have that promotion, the coupon had not expired and had not been used, bad experience

They didn’t redeem the free donut on Wednesday. I ordered ahead through the app but then it started acting up and couldn’t sign in anymore and the person working there didn’t care about it. So I wasn’t able to get the reward. Horrible customer service.
