Every time I come here they always forget to give me part of my order. Im always missing something could be anything like fries and or a sandwich. This is ridiculous. I dont care that you guys have lines. But its not fair I always have to fight to get a part of my order and you guys always give me a dirty look. I just want what I paid for like everybody else.

This McDonald’s at College Point (20th Ave) is always on point! The service here is consistently great — the staff is friendly, fast, and they really keep things moving even during the busy hours. The place is super clean every single time I stop by, which says a lot about the management. You can tell they care about the customer experience.
The food is always fresh, and now with the new NFL Jets Pack, it’s even better for families or groups. Perfect for sharing, and honestly a great deal. Even when the line is long, they handle it quick and the order always comes out right.
Great service, great food, great management. Definitely one of the best McDonald’s in Queens.

I paid for my order but got nothing!! Don’t go to this place!!! They will messed up your order!! they gave your order to somebody else then told you that someone already took it. They just leave you standing there and don’t even care if you got your food or not. obviously it’s their fault by not checking people’s receipts and handed it to the wrong person, and they will not remake the order or give you a refund. I have horrible experience with them and feel not welcome here.

Staff were rude. Service was ridiculously slow. Place was a mess. One server kept telling people to pay at the machines, even AFTER being told they don't work... 🤷♂️
This location stays extremely busy. From time the order was placed until the you get your food is a long wait, due to the location being extremely busy all the time. But your meal is hot and fresh. Associates are polite.

The staff at this store are incredibly lazy. They had an older woman operating the computer, and the problem is, she didn't know how! She couldn't find any orders for ages, wasting so much time. The younger staff were arrogant and just going through the motions; their efficiency was extremely low! There's a reason for the low rating; a 3.4 rating is an insult to the McDonald's brand.

I would've liked maybe a better review if I got some extra in my meal for waiting a excruciating amount of time for fast food. Staff was okay nothing to complain but waited for a long time and not apologetic just gave me the order and that was it. Seemed like since it was a machine fault they could've apologized and gave me something. But no. I ain't coming back here again. I can't. Period
