The truth is, it doesn't seem so good to me. I ordered lunch and first it came a dry roast beef, a salad the day before, vinegar beans for me, everything was from the day before.

I always order from this restaurant. I ordered two roast meats and the beans were damaged and the meat didn't taste like anything, not even animals would eat them.

I recently booked this restaurant for my baby shower, and they went *above and beyond* to make the day truly special. The *pernil* was nothing short of amazing—perfectly tender and packed with flavor. The *tenderloin* was equally outstanding, cooked to perfection and incredibly juicy. But what really set them apart was their unbeatable service. They were punctual and went the extra mile by helping set up the trays, which made a hectic day so much easier for me. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out, and I’ll definitely be booking them for every future event! Highly recommend!

I’m super disappointed making this review. I really did like this place however this is the 2nd time my family and I had terrible service and unsanitary food. My aunt went here at night to El sabor. Ordered the beef stew “estofado de carne”. It came rotten and smelled horrible. We told the workers to smell and even the manager. The manger per usual was playing cards nonchalantly but BOTH were aware it was rotten and even said it was rotten. The only thing my aunt ate was the rice and plantains that came with it. We go up to the counter to pay for my food that I ordered which was the pernil yet they charged us still for their mistake and DISGUSTING rotten meat. Crazy! The lady that worked there said she’ll not charge us for the “containers” for my food. How ridiculous and unprofessional. I won’t be coming here again and will be contacting the FSIS to see what’s going on in this place. I’m super disappointed and enraged to have this experience. Unprofessional and Unsanitary DO NOT COME.

I ordered to go, during mother's day in the morning, everything was food from the day before, dirty grill you can taste it on the meat, it was just a disappointment

I bought takeout, they gave me a soup that I didn't order, I had to go change it and when I got home I realized that the rice doesn't have any salt.

What a disappointment they sent me a very burnt chicken and I asked for juices and they left them too sweet :(

I asked if they served cholados and the lady said yes with an attitude, I asked her for two she gave me a straight face and rolled her eyes ? Isn’t it her job to serve people , I work in the food industry as well and I would never ever do that to nobody , no matter if I’m having a horrible day ! I don’t understand why they hire people like her ! Lost a costumer

They serve with misery, for example: hot sauce, ketchup, the containers in which they serve are charged for one dollar. They offer Colombian food, but the cook has no idea about the Colombian seasoning. What is most unpleasant is that more than a year ago the price of their menu increased by more than 50% and they have not taken the courtesy of printing new ones with real prices... it is a strategy with very little professional ethics. I do not recommend it!
