delivery driver was very un professional,i paid card and told him cash tip .the driver comes and i put dash the no tip and he starts smacking his finger on the tip line saying “my gas not free,my time not free”before i can even pull the cash tip out my back pocket.this isn’t the first time these drivers come aggressive over a tip BEFORE I CAN PRESENT THE CASH.my intentions are always to tip but i will not tip to people who come aggressive.

I ordered shrimp fra diavolo it was horrible overly peppery this is horrible!! You can’t even eat it and im 7 months pregnant when I called to let them know they didn’t seem to care! Save your money

Never going back . Charge me extra topping but gave me a plain pizza instead . Called them and yet the guy said it’s not his fault and said he didn’t make the order. This for the guy~ gotta make sure it’s the right order before u give to customer . I am not driving back just to get pepperoni on my pizza. Doesn’t matter who makes it … u charge extra money but don’t give what u charged.. stupid !!

Owner is a jerk..He can learn customer service skills from his friendly staff. Staff even displays shame for the way he treats customers. I can only imagine what the staff must endure if he doesn't try to hide his ways to the public. Today was my last day giving business here.

Took forever to make two slices and then yelled derogatory comments because I noted that their workers were sitting around gossiping. Used to be better. Last time I am coming in because I don’t support businesses that make racist derogatory comments about their customers. Not to mention the pizza is worse.

This is for the guy taking the phone, I know you’re busy and stressed out but you should learn how to treat costumer, I call to order a delivery I was giving him my phone number and he just hang out and told me “you need to call back” !!!! What was that about????!!!!!! , go home and take a rest my friend, we (costumer) don’t have to deal with your attitude for no reason. It is surprising how many bad reviews this guy have for the same reason and management is not doing nothing about it.

Went here on 7/13 and I am completely shocked at how not good the pizza was. It's been over 30 years since visiting this location so change does happen. Used to live in College Point in the 80's and 90's and they were the best in town. Not sure maybe a bad day. The staff was absolutely fantastic and wonderful to deal with. Wish I could return, but no longer live near NYC.

Food is great but the delivery driver is so inappropriate and outright nasty. I won’t order from them if I need a delivery because of him. If he is that comfortable being that nasty in the open, who knows what he does to the food in his car while he’s alone.
