I ordered a medium hot chocolate with 2 milk and 3 sugars, and they gave me coffee instead. That was not what I ordered and a complete waste of my money.

This location was never the best but the quality has somehow gone down significantly in recent weeks. I order the same thing every time (Lg iced coffee with 2 creams and sugar) and the past 4 times it has come out looking like a cup a milk. When I ask to have it fixed and make it darker they give it back to me looking exactly the same and I need to repeat this process 2-3 times until it’s finally correct. Coffee these days is $5+ so dealing with this now regularly is very frustrating

Terrible place. We’ve been there a few times, and it’s always bad.

One time we ordered two different lemonades, and they made both of them exactly the same. When we asked to remake one of them, they told us they didn’t have the flavor we ordered. But instead of asking us to choose something else, they just made two identical drinks and handed them over.

This weekend we decided to give it another try. We ordered one hot matcha and one iced. The iced drink wasn’t even filled to the top — the cup was missing about one third. And the “hot” matcha was completely cold, not even warm.

The staff is extremely slow, the girls keep chatting with each other and ignore customers. I also saw them working without gloves, touching lids with their bare hands. How is a customer supposed to drink that after watching it?

Dirty tables, messy place. Horrible experience. Would never recommend.

Terrible customer service, they just walk away from you when you say hello and do not even answer when you ask for their attention! So unhappy with their staff!

The customer service is terrible. The cashier was very rude yelling at me over-the-counter very nasty dismissing me and the manager wasn’t any better. The manager watched this going on and didn’t say anything to me until I ask for a Manager and when I spoke to her, she was just as nasty as the cashier

Slightly dirty. But had a busy steady flow that may be the cause. Washrooms are accessible, (instead of hunting someone down for a key)

Today i ordered two coffee 5:11AM i went to pick up Dunkin was close, i wait 10 minutes nobody came to open. Is not the first time happened. I lost money for two coffee. If you order coffee to this place first go there and order.

Absolutely no reason why ordering and receiving the order takes this long (20min for a coffee). Donno if the employees have syrup in the shoe bottoms as that’s how slowly the process is being done. Never again!

this dunkin should be shut down. this morning i come to get avocado toast, hash browns, and a plain bagel with bacon egg and cheese, mind you it was a plain bagel. food comes out after FIFTEEN, minutes for 3 things. i open my avocado toast to see it burned to a crisp and the everything bagel seeds were just dumped on top. then, my boyfriend took a hash brown come to find out it was pretty much uncooked. he went in to get everything fixed, not even trying his bagel yet. he opened it up to an everything bagel after he asked for plain. once he got the avocado toast fixed, it was completely untoasted, and the hashbrowns were so burnt he spit it out while driving almost throwing up. the guy in the front was cool, and gave him an 8 dollar gift card to makeup for the inconvenience , but the people working cashier are not the issue. it’s the people making the food who don’t understand english. this dunkin should not even still be open. i’ve given them multiple chances after an issue every single time i go there. i used to work at a dunkin and from experience, it should not take over 5 minutes to make a simple order, as well as making EVERYTHING incorrect. terrible way to start your day, i do not recommend. corporate should be contacted about this and the people working there should be trained again

This place often attracts homeless / sketchy people (non-patrons) who are seemingly allowed to lounge around.

This is hands down the worse location I ever been in. I've lost money due to electronic orders never being done multple times . I Had to rush to work so I took the hit. I was in yesterday morning 2 employees with one with red hair, and spanish kid with glasses saying theyre going to quit , they going to walk out. Horrorible. Also there is one particular worker she has red hair always has an attitude always!! You're not happy quit the job . I spend alot of money with Dunkin per year, and my money will not be at this location. So unfortunate you have employees there who don't care.

Family just bought this along other things and brought it home. Took the first bite and I was like wheres the cream cheese. And then saw this. Seriously? Whats wrong with you people
