Why? For almost $4, I ordered a small green tea. However, I received an extra small = half empty cup. I guess they figured I would not open the lid after noticing the cup felt too light? Although the avocado toast was predictably tasty, it was not toasted.

I will never forget when I asked the Gentleman with the glasses, Can I get an iced coffee and he said instead of saying can I get, say Please may I get. I thought that took a lot of Nerve. Didn't even make the coffee right either????

Came in for a simple order of coffee and a bagel w/cream cheese & jelly - service started out ok, DD workers at register were friendly and professional, older woman in her late 60's/early 70's preparing orders behind the counter was a rattled mess and shouldn't be working there - couldn't follow basic instructions, very rude and no apology for her multiple mistakes, had to go back a 2nd time to correct my order......for $15 an hour they can find better people than this, not good for business.....
