They have good food but I don’t know what the hell happened to the service. One time they double charged me and I had to go back for a refund, at first they didn’t want to give me my money back. I then tried to give them another chance a couple of months later. I ordered online at their website, got there when they told me to come on the receipt and they didn’t have my order. I show her the confirmation email and she says she didn’t get anything and after a phone call tells me she is going to have to deliver it. Didn’t offer a refund or discount. I’m done with this place and it’s a shame because they have decent food.

Ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza for delivery to my semi at a receiver. Pizza was excellent and delivery driver was very polite. Will definitely order from here again!! Thanks for great food and service!

I’d like to say since they have opened up here it’s always been a great experience!!! The food taste fresh always and the jay square specialty slice is honestly the best !! So nice to have a good pizza spot back in this plaza !! Definitely recommend to give it a try.P.s. the burgers are bomb !

Tried Jay's for the first time and it totally surpassed my expectations. I've tried previous pizza by various ownerships there and this is by FAR the best pizza there in a long time.. happy to have DELICIOUS pizza in Congers.. I ordered the Jays Specialty Pizza, garlic parm wings, happy shrimp salad & sweet sweet for dessert and everything was delicious ! will definitely be ordering from now on
