My kinda place! Upscale lively atmosphere, great menu, friendly professional service. Properly made cocktails. If I lived nearby, I'd be a regular. Top-notch restaurant...You'll be happy!!!

Love this restaurant. Great food. Nice fireplace. Great staff. Great owner. The parking lot needs work, as does the entry. The food is great. That is all I rely care about.

Good food, but was unable to accommodate simple food allergy changes to both starter and main course meals. My wife, could not get a glass of soda after several trys with any syrup in it. Good support service. Overcharged for extra drink, I did not have. Was corrected by waiter.

The food preparation and presentation are still very good. Unfortunately the decor needs an update. At the very least some new paint and flooring would make the place more inviting.

I love Restaurant X I've celebrated multiple events there and have had a wonderful time on slow nights and busy holidays, except this time. It was an absolute disaster from the valet having us waiting in a line of empty cars, waiting 25 minutes even with our reservation, we didn't have one waiter but a mix of whoever was available, I felt so rushed our 4 course meal was rushed out to us and on a night I wanted to drink my wine enjoy Valentine's Day with my partner and they had us in and out in 40 minutes. Also I always order the beef Wellington it's amazing except this time it was so overdone and tasted like hamburger. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and ruined a once loved restaurant

Restaurant X has always been consistently EXCELLENT for decades!! Peter Kelly is the quintessential super chef that ticks every box. He never disappoints so any choice you make will be a successful one! The staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Cozy environment overall but I especially enjoy the fireplace in the bar area. There's a reason Peter bested Bobby Flay!!
We went for my wife's birthday, and the food was delicious as usual. We ordered shrimp cocktail appetizer and wedge salad to start. Shrimp were large and very meaty. Salad large enough to share. We had the porterhouse for two cooked medium rare. Came out just right with a nice crispy outside and rare inside.

Decided to dine here to celebrate the birthday of a friend. It was a distance from home but well worth the ride. The food was outstanding, beautifully presented, and timed perfectly. The wait staff was ever present and without a request anticipated our needs. Atmosphere was pleasant, and we were seated near the fireplace which added to the experience. It was truly a delightful afternoon! We felt like royalty!

Went here for the first time and this is what I found: ordered an expensive bourbon on the rocks and it was as served to me in a hot glass just taken from the dishwasher and the ice melted in under a minute. Not too thrilled about that. Cesar salad with anchovies was served with only 1 anchovy- what's up with that?? The men's room looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a month, filthy urine floor. Seen better restrooms in gas stations and train stations. It kinda makes one think that if they don't care about cleanliness for the public then what's going on in the kitchen. Otherwise the main courses were good at best, not stellar so it's up to you on this place. I doubt I'll be back for dinner.

We took my family to brunch on Sunday as it has been well know for its brunch. Their brunch has changed. None of the passed dishes came to our table nor our section. I spoke with the waiter regarding none of the dishes came to our table. His response" oooo sorry". Another waiter notified manager. The manager on Sunday January 14's response was " oh really, well sorry they do that a lot, but you know these kids today, no one wants to work." I stated we were a table of 10 and that's your response. She said "yup". I was wondering if Chef knows how his restaurant is being run while he is not there. Terrible customer service and Terrible customer care. Unprofessional manager and sad to see that restaurant X had decline.
