I stop in here every week now after my delivery up the road. I use to go to the Dunkin’s in the plaza but those days are long gone. The coffee and experience here Is Way better. The coffee is amazing here. Well balanced and smooth. It’s a very unique cozy atmosphere as well. The lady’s are always friendly and polite. I also like that there is a shoulder so can park my semi safely with our obstructing traffic. Truck driver from Canada.

I had a fantastic experience at this coffee shop, all thanks to Pamela! She greeted me with a warm smile and was super helpful in recommending drinks. The latte she made was delicious and perfectly crafted. Her friendly demeanor added a special touch to my visit, making it enjoyable and memorable. Definitely a five-star experience! I came in and experienced bad customer service. I walked in and had to wait because one of the girls was too busy texting. I was in a rush waiting for my order to be made which took forever because the two workers were too busy gossiping, and my order was paused to have other orders made that came after me. Also very unhygienic as the worker was sneezing into the air and not covering her mouth, as well as rubbing her nose and after not washing her hands or wearing gloves. This experience will cause me to not come back again until they hire better equipped staff.

The coffee itself was above average. The food was average. Generally, I’d come back to a place like this for my morning coffee, however, customer service is very important to my husband and I.
The male employee (with ponytail) exhibits mannerisms similar to that of a pre-pubescent girl. Very sassy and attitude towards my husband and I. We will not be returning.
