I started going to Titanic when we moved to Congers 5 years ago. I wanted to do an update. Since I lost my husband they have been even kinder. It is family run and they are just wonderful folks. Fortunately the deli is wonderful too! breakfast is my favorite - from egg sandwiches cooked to order to oatmeal and pancakes. They have a lunch hot food selection , usually Beef, Chicken, rice , beans, veggies and a huge variety of serving selections. They have unusual items like some electronics and even some knives for collectors. Also carry non dairy milk! And vapes. They have of lots of the necessities!!! Food great, family great, coffee great! Must take pics!

Staff was really rude, got a sandwich there yesterday and there was a tiny bug in there. I don't know if it was alive or not but I took a picture and went to the deli the next day. I showed them and staff proceeded to say "not my problem" and said “you people are always making things up” and walked away. I expected them to something because that's hazardous and disgusting.. I am highly disappointed. I believe the person speaking to me according to their name tag was Charlie..

I showed them and staff proceeded to say "not my problem" and walked away. I expected them to something because that's hazardous and disgusting.. I am highly disappointed. I threatened to call the health inspector and in the corner off my eye I see a big roach crawling in the background.. I ran out and immediately threw up.. I don't recommend..

I ordered sandwiches from Titanic the other day. When I arrived to pick them up there was no one in the deli that could ring up my order and the people that were working there were not sure where the owner had gone. He was at the coffee shop next door.There should be people that can help with all things in both the deli and the coffee shop so that customers do not have to wait 10 minutes for an order that was called in. The sandwiches were dry and the bread was stale. The convenience of Titanic is that they are open later than other deli's in the area.

I went to Titanic this morning and purchased two bagels with cream cheese. I was overcharged (menu says $2.75 per bagel and I was charged $3.75 per bagel). Man at the counter was in no rush to ring up the customers in the store and more interested in bagging Door Dash orders. The bagels were stale and tasted like they had been frozen and thawed out. The women working the grill were polite and professional. I will not be back.

I have been coming here for years and recently there is a new man behind the counter with glasses . He is over charging customers and when you tell him about he gets angry and curses you out. Not good customer service.
