What a wonderful eatery! Delicious food and delightful staff! Great for kids too! Can't wait for Halloween.
It is no longer the Conklin Fare diner.... It is called Silver Linings, and it is awesome for a diner, decent prices, good food, friendly waitress, could use a different paint scheme. All around great diner!
It is not Conklin Fare Diner, it is Silver Linings. It is very good! Good Food, Great service!
Always the best.
If I were rating Jane's only against other local diners I would probably give it four stars but objectively, the food is only so-so. At a recent lunch I had the Philly cheesesteak it was a good size and on a nice roll. However the only cheese available was bland American. In Philadelphia the choices are provolone or Cheese Whiz. It came with peppers and onions but hot pepper relish was not available. My wife had liver and onions--one of her favorites. The liver was way overcooked and leathery. All that said, it was a family birthday and the staff were very attentive, even allowing us to bring a birthday cake. So, if you like diner food, you will probably like Jane's, just keep your expectations in check.
We stopped for dinner on our way to Ontario. We were looking for a quick dinner that wasn't fast food. This was great! The staff was friendly and attentive. The turkey was roasted on the bone, moist, and flavorful. My husband ordered the tortellini special and enjoyed. The menu , while typical diner, had good specials, many items made from scratch and inexpensive. This place is a gem!
We love this place, great food at a fair price. When we're in town and it's a weekend we're here. Sunday breakfast specials a great We have no criticism or things we'd like changed.
We are from NJ, the Diner State, and could not think of one diner that we have eaten in, in NJ that is as Delicious as Jane's. My son had blueberry pancakes and stated they were the best he has ever eaten. The diner is off the beaten track. Look for sugar pop sign. It is right behind it. Enjoy your meal.
People that come here should thank your lucky stars. I've eaten in many many restaurants all over this country and the food and value here is second to none. IMHO. We moved out of NY 15 years ago but come back to visit occasionally. When we're in town we try and come here for breakfast as much as we can. The food and waitstaff are top shelf. Lots of regulars come here and we see some every time we come in if we come near the same time. That alone tells you something. Jane is almost always there probably accounting for much about how good this place is. Personally responsible owners not can't be over stated in the success of a business. Bottom line,WE LOVE JANES!
Good food, small diner that always is packed for breakfast. Servers are very busy and sometimes you wait a bit.

Found Jane’s dinner on trip advisor and glad I did. I had a cheese, ham and mushroom omelette and it was scrumptious. Set me up for the day. Friendly staff and clean diner.
Stopped by for breakfast today. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Had the ham and cheese omelette which was really tasty and the coffee was good.
My wife and I live in Texas and travel 9 months of the year seeing the USA. We have been in all 50 states. We have done this for 14 years. With that said. We think you have a GEM in JANE. When we come near this area we come here for breakfast. You just can't go wrong. The food is great the staff us efficent and friendly as are the patrons. Look I know there are several good dinners in this area, we lived here and been to them too but this is the best of the best. Nuff said.
We stopped in Sunday morning after church and they were very busy, yet efficient. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our omelets and greek salad.
