Ordered half a sheet of pizza and waited 45 minutes to pick up, I even spelt my last name for the rude employee who took my order. At pick up everyone seemed confused and came up with the conclusion that they never took my order or made my pizza.

I ordered slices and 3 orders of cheese fries. We got the slices and waited and waited and waited. I then go back up to the register and I’m like what seems to be the holdup? The girls had no idea what I was refurring to and then once I reminded them of our fries they said they were almost ready. I said yes but we have waited a half hour for them and they aren’t done yet? Our pizza was gone 20 minutes ago and would have gotten cold waiting for the rest of our dinner! No explaination as to why we didn’t get them in a timely manner, they just stood there looking at me with no answers. Such a terrible way to run a business. Unacceptable!

Ordered delivery on 3/8/25. Cost me almost $60. 2 1/2 hours later, order never arrived. Asked for a refund. Here it is a week later and still no refund. Called and got excuse after excuse to why it isn’t refunded. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Not even an apology for the mistakes made. This location is going downhill. Not the same as it’s been in the past. So sad. Now to go fight with my bank….

Having to write this review makes me sad. This has been my families go to pizza place the past six years since we moved to this area. We have always had great service and the food has always been so good. Lately though and sadly not the same. The last two times we ordered were horrible. The service and care that was once superb is sub par at best. The food is equally as disappointing. The first bad experience was with the rudeness of one of the staff members who made a mistake while taking my order. When we went to pick up our order it was wrong we ordered a sheet as we had quite a few mouths at the house that evening the girl who spoke to my husband said that I the ordering customer was lying and that she repeated my order back to me which was false as there were others present when I ordered sooooo. Either way that’s just wrong to do to a customer either way. This last order was it for us we will no longer be ordering from our beloved pizza shop. We had a big order as we were celebrating my mom in law’s birthday and we made sure to order her favorites. We ordered a party pack should’ve been a sheet with 36 boneless wings and a 2 liter. Our order was a full sheet with extra cheese and pepperoni on all of it then add sausage and mushrooms to half. 24 wings in honey bbq and 12 in mild buffalo choice of 2 liter price on site is I believe around $54. Understood it would be a bit more with the topping we were charged $86 which ok inflation even though that seems extreme. What we received was 30 bone in wings and a pizza with barely any cheese on the whole thing pepperoni on half and sausage and mushrooms on the other half. My husband being who he is never checked and the pizza was never shown either way also the wings were incredibly salty. Just so disappointed. We were definitely overcharged for what we received and the food was not as good as we have come to be expected from this place.

We traveled from Oklahoma to visit family and everytime we do we have to get a Spedie sheet pizza! This time we actually stopped twice and also got a chicken bacon ranch pizza as well. Both were fantastic!

I am a regular here but the service needs to be more attentive to customer's request. It wasnt busy at all and I was the only customer. Got two cold slices when I asked them warmed up and got the wrong kind also. Servers just not paying attention to what the customer is saying.

I don't have a complaint about Nirchi's of any kind. I am just not a big fan of the pan style square cut pizza they sell. I tried it a few years back and went again recently to see if anything changed. My family has always loved their food, so again, I am not a fan of this style pizza.

Well this isn't the first time I requested an order and got there and it wasn't even started. It was a male kid both times. 40 minutes I wanted for 2 subs. They were both cold and 1 was suppose to be hot. Meatball sub. Night manager or general manager sucks
