Missing a star for a few reasons. Ordered from here a few times. Slowly food has been getting better. Wouldn't recommend bone in wings because they're always slimey even when requested extra crispy. However highly recommend the boneless wings. The speed of delivery is a little subpar. So much so that our order usually is a little colder than room temp when it arrives. If you order from here highly recommend pickup instead of delivery. Food will be worth it when fresh

Horrible I’ll never order there again. Ordered a sheet pizza and 40 wings first of all it wasn’t even a sheet pizza I have never seen this before. Also the wings are soft and are so rubbery it’s nasty how. Also who gives wings without blue cheese asked if they had blue cheese and they said yeah it’s in with the wings but it was not in there. Guess this place got one up on another customer never gonna order from there again. Wow defiantly can say disgusting.

Your hours on google don’t match up to when you are actually open. You are never open when I come through to get food.
The toast app simply sucks. I order from the pizza shop it goes to the restaurant. My order ends up half an hour past the time of arrival at a minimum.. sauces I order get forgotten because i have to have the order sent to the pizza place... Foods good but That app needs to go or be fixed. There is even a place where someone made a button for catering someone. Only one star due to the app. It ruins the order and delivery time.

Got fried mushrooms and there so o er cooked they tast burnt. No mushroom inside but what is is just breading. Fish haddock dinner is great. Wonderful tast.
ok, best boneless wings in CNY, unique, none like this in NYS, give them 5 stars but the pizza is so bad I cant bring it to my lips...0 stars

Have been doing business with this company for over 15 years. Lately the service has been horrible. You wait hours for your food only to receive the wrong items. Or incorrectly made. You call them regarding it and the attitude from the workers is terrible. How hard is it to get wings correct? Literally the last 4 times of ordering from here my order has been wrong. They expect you to wait an additional 2 hours for the correct food meanwhile your family has already ate.First photo is supposed to be mild regular wings. Looks like Charbaked!! Second photo is Charbaked!!I spent over $120 to wait 2 hours and get wrong food. Again this is not the first time. It's like the 4th in less than 6 months!! Sad very sad.
