I seldomly eat beef, but dang, the burgers at the Brewery are so outstanding I have to go back for one every time I'm in town. They are NOT to be missed. And their fries! Oh wow! Best in the area too. Burgers aren't the only choice either. It's just good food in a relaxed setting. Of course, if your looking for a great beer that's made right on the premise, the Brewery is the place to go too. I just have 1 request of those who eat there because of this review, be sure to leave a table open for me in case I'm in town because I don't want to miss my Brewery meal due to a crowd.

Had lunch there staying at Cooperstown. The wings were out of this world good and the southern home made sauce was unbelievable. Bartender was super nice friendly and shared a lot of good tips about the area. Owner takes interest into guests and where they're from and able to answer any questions about the area. The food we had was incredible.

A group of (11) friends and family members stopped for lunch while attending the baseball tournament at Dream Park Baseball complex. We pleasantly surprised by the variety of food items and beee selection. Although it’s small establishment we were very comfortable. The waitress service was very good. The food was served hot and very quickly. I ordered the Council Rock Bratwurst sandwich and red potato salad. It was better than most German restaurants. The beer was served cold and tasted very fresh. The only complaint I had was that the waitress didn’t advise our group of the specials that were not on the menu. But despite that, if you are seeking a place that is not fancy but serves good food and drink, try Council Rock Brewery.

Kyle is a top notch chef and amazing host! We are here visiting as our son is playing at Dreams Park and stopped by- the food and drinks / BEER is 100% awesome! So this is my 2nd time visiting Council Rock, but my first review. The food here is phenomenal. Best brewery food around and I’ve been to the other two big breweries nearby. I had the wings along with the pretzel sticks and my family ordered burgers. Everything was exceptional. Oh yea the beer is great also!

Wow, just let them tell you the specials and your mouth will water. Some of the best food in Cooperstown. Also some of the most genuinely nice people and probably best service we’ve had in the town. I don’t think you can really go wrong ordering anything other than maybe the salad, it looked pretty basic. Burgers are cooked to perfection, if you want to feel like you’ve died and gone to heaven, order the pesto garlic fries. Fried green beans with secret aoli sauce are also just as delicious. Pastrami was a great, reminded me of a Rueben a bit. House chips were crisp. All around great experience. Don’t expect to play wiffle ball here, but expect great food, great service, and great beer. A couple or a few families could be accommodated, but not likely a whole team. And if you do come, keep your kids in check, nobody wants to deal unruly children.

Excellent beers, especially the American IPA and Scotch Ale. Friday fish fry is massive and delicious. Burgers are some of the best you’ll ever have. Top tier Mac and cheese. Been coming here for years, it’s our favorite place.

I came here the 1st night based upon trip advisor reviews and it was very close to my hotel. The Scotch Ale beer was insanely good. The first night I had fish tacos which were quite good. They told me that they were going to have chicken wings the next night so I came back. The wings were one of the best I’ve ever had. Kyle makes his own run and his own sauce and the wings are outstanding. This is a very casual place with friendly staff and great service. Would recommend it nightly if you’re in Cooperstown.
