Food hygiene is an issue here. Went once had an issue with them not using paper while handling food. Threw the food out. Called manager was told it was a one off. Gave them a chance again and now today they handled food with gloves that they had been handling money and credit cards with. Disgusting. Will not be returning.

Horrible idea putting this in Cooperstown in the first place when there are tons of small cafes that are a million times better than this absolute train of a wreck of a Dunkin. Corporate greed loses again.

I go pretty frequently to this dunkin and everytime I go my drink is not filled all the way to the top, usually I let it go but this time it was really lacking, not even remotely filled to the top so when I asked the girl at the window to please fill it up a little more, she was nice about it and did, however the older lady in the back yelled at her to just put more ice in it. I was the only car in the drive through so not really sure why it’s a big deal to fill my $5-6 drink all the way to the top

I usually don’t have a problem with anything here if they mess up their usually busy and I understand but this morning they were dead , the women who gave me my order was rude and I placed a Mobile order, and one of the items was bacon topped avocado toast which I pay extra to have bacon in it and no bacon.

Do no waste your time with the worst dunkin in the east coast, drive through takes over 15-20 minutes to get anything, even if its 1 donut, workers are rude and will ignore if you walk in because the drive through took to long, when. I was traveling across the east coast dunkin was always a go to, but save your time and skip this one

So apparently this place doesn't remake your drinks. I went there 3 minutes ago and told them my coffee was wrong. The other person in the car also told them that the coffee indeed does not taste right. The coffee tasted like iced coffee, just the bitter taste of iced coffee. It was supposed to be a cold brew and I knew it was going to be wrong because they told me at the speaker cold brewed coffee doesn't come with cold brew. That's a lie, all cold brews at dunking by default come with cold foam. I've bought cold brew for over a year now, I know what it tastes like, I always drank iced coffee before that and I have bought a few iced over the last year, but it is a distinct difference. I wanted my coffee remade, it did not taste like cold brew to me. They told me they made it, it is cold brew and they can't do anything. So I paid $5 for a coffee I didn't order or even want. This is horrible customer service. I will not go back to this location.

Oh my! They NEED to get their act together! It was sad both times I went there. Best to go to Jive, located in the same shopping center, or Stagecoach, located in the town, for your coffee. They have MUCH better service, speed in giving you your drink, and are much less likely to be out of the type of coffee you'd like in your drink. The customer before me said she'd ordered at the drivethru but they took so long, she went into the store and still had another long wait for them to actually make her drink, though no one had been in front of her outside or inside.
