I am a Dunkin' Donuts, girl!! Since this place opened, it's been fantastic however, for some reason, customers are not allowed inside anymore. making it challenging to get your orders here promptly. The wait time for drive-through was over 25 minutes, and they only had 2 or 3 staff, I felt really bad for them, they had been set up to fail. My hope is that this situation is only temporary cause I love my Dunkin coffee.
I just stopped in early to pick up 2 dozen donuts and a few sandwiches and while the lobby was closed to an AC issue the drive through was open. They were very friendly and efficient. I read the bad reviews here and was worried about how long it may take etc, but I was pleasantly surprised. I wanted to add my review here to show that maybe this store has turned a corner? Or at least it pays to go early.
I was there this am, long lines inside and out. Local person here and I think the staff was doing a really good job keeping up with this being the first tourist season for them. There were about 5 staff on & the supervisor seemed to take charge just when and where she needed to. Good job guys. Keep going!
