We moved to Cooperstown from downstate a few years ago (where there is some of the best pizza in the world), so our expectations are pretty high, but New York Pizza is possibly the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life. It boggles my mind that when we drive by, there are actually people who exchange money for this "food", and I use that word very loosely. Go to Brickhouse in Richfield Springs. That pizza is pretty good. It's not Brooklyn, but it's some of the best that we have found in the area.

Just want to say a huge thank you to NY Pizza for their excellent service. I had a VERY large order catered for a large event my company was throwing and it went off without a hitch. I showed up only 30 minutes after opening and everything was being boxed up just as I walked in. The staff were friendly as always, and the food was perfect. Packaged neatly, included all needed utensils. And several attendees complimented the food. 10/10

Average food, lacked flavor and the mushrooms tasted like they hadn't been washed. Worst part of the experience was how filthy the place was, looking around at the filthy floors, tables and chairs while the blonde girl scrolled through her phone doing absolutely nothing for 45 minutes. The cook brought our food out but other than that zero service, had to get our own menus, sit down and come back up to the counter to place an order all while the blonde girl scrolled endlessly on her phone. So sorry to bother her....To top it off they even had the nerve to ask for a tip when placing the order and paying upfront for it at the counter. I've never been asked for a tip in a "self service" restaurant, especially up front before the service!!

A local favorite. Service is always very good. I request extra crispy on the pizza.
I ate here during the pandemic and was surprised and digusted by the fact that they used bare hands to make my pizza. I watched the pizza maker dip his non gloved hands into cheese and other pizza toppings without 1st washing his hands after just handling money from 2 other people. I canceled my order and left.

The rigatoni was ziti. I asked for sauce on the side never got it. My husband got there at 4:45 which was the time I asked for it to be picked up. Alas it was cold. My meatballs were frozen ones from the grocery store. Awful! My husband got spaghetti with frozen sausage slices. Hardly any sauce. The salad was okay. All this haha for 40.00!. Never again!

Been going here since a kid. Pizza and wings are so good. They are very consistent and fair pricing. I have eaten many things they offer and everything seems to be good. Plenty of room for dinning in. Would recommend to anyone.

First of all! When we went here we read reviews about the pizza not being all that. Pizza was great! The friendly staff helped us decide on what to order and they were right on the mark! PROS: You have got try their wings. They aren't some run of the mill small wings. They were the right size and cooked just right! Homemade bbq wing sauce was great. Pizza was cooked great and the crust was very good! Caesar dressing was the best we ever had! Plus the restaurant along with bathrooms were clean. CONS: Maybe a bit small for a larger group but they did have a second floor that we saw larger groups making their way down from. So that may be accommodating. ** There was a group of workers eating lunch as we made our way in. As they made their way down the stairs, one of the workers that appeared to be a young man in his mid 20's lost his footing, fell down and slid down about 10 steps like a seen from Home Alone. LOL His coworkers laughed at him and didn't even check on him, like it was a common occurrence. Gave everyone a good laugh. The staff checked on him and even called him by his first name with concern. He was fine and kind of chuckled and grimacing while leaving from his impression of a slide into home plate a couple blocks from the MLB Hall of Fame! Just a funny memory of our time in NY. Thanks for the good food and memories. Sending y'all an attaboy and 5 stars from Texas!
