Place was empty on a Friday night for a reason. Food was awful. This picture speaks for the quality of food here. Avoid this place when there are so many more options around. Staff was also rude when we told them of the poor food quality.

I’m sure this place was nice at some point in its life. Looks -“used” feels unkept. Booths and tables are sticky. Not the best feeling when you are going to eat there. Walked in and out in the same minute.

Sadly the owner chose to use my review in a way that makes them look like an aggressive and small minded entrepreneur. See their response to my initial review. I’m not sure that it would be considered “perverse entitlement “ to have a clean and hygienic establishment to eat at after a 40+ hour work week. I would have given them another opportunity if they didn’t cast such hatred. Something more along the lines of…hey why not give us a second chance we all have off days….
Well tourists and locals …you be the judge…is this where you want to eat?!?

Nice staff and a clean place. Probably the worst BBQ I’ve ever had. The chewy, crumbly, greasy brisket was in small pieces and tasted like it was the processed stuff you nuke from the grocery store. I couldn't even eat the bottom half of the bun because it was literally soaked in grease. The chicken sandwich is just a processed chicken patty you get in a school lunch. 3 sandwiches, a very overpriced order of chicken tenders and 4 drinks and we were out the door at $90.00+tip. Extremely overpriced. Skip this place, at least for food.

Get the strawberry lemonade with Titos. You won't regret it. For lunch we got the brisket and pulled pork, both were phenomenal. Food was HOT, FRESH and DELICIOUS. Service was friendly and fast. HIGHLY recommend grabbing a bite here when in town!!!

Highly Recommend. The food was great and the atmosphere as well. The pulled pork sandwich was excellent. Definitely one of the top restaurants in Cooperstown. Service was also good.

Looks old, over priced, understaffed. If you looking for a chill place this isn’t it.

Lots of potential but fell short. Great rustic aesthetic theming inside and out. Poor lighting distribution inside. Bar area felt abandoned, no lights on, felt derelict. Inside was cramped seating, ultimately chose outside front table top. Weirdly abandoned feeling since there was no furniture. So much potential for a great hangout spot for families if the added a fence on the front yard, some games and seating. Service was slow and absent to the point we nearly left. Eventually waitress for seating asked us to give her a few minutes, kind of weird. Saving grace was the food. Nashville Hot chicken Sandwich was really good. Really enjoyed the Fire Hot Glaze. Not too hot, nice and peppery. Bakes Beans are made in house and have a nice bite and subtle maple flavor. A little effort could make this place a destination. to visit while here.

Food was not good unfortunately. Prices were high but expected due to being in Cooperstown but food was very disappointing.

Rude. We were in Cooperstown for baseball and I don’t know the last time I experienced a more disrespectful staff. While waiting to be seated one of the waitresses came in the door and bumped into a 10 year old child that was with our group and didn’t even look, say sorry, or excuse me. If every other place wasn’t packed we would have left. Don’t take a group if you want to sit together and want multiple checks. Not gonna happen. It’s a shame cause the food was good. No wonder it wasn’t crowded like the others.

We stopped by the Rusty Bison on the way to Cooperstown dreams Park. Robert ordered the flounder, Evan order the shrimp basket, Delimar ordered the ribs, and Nolan ordered the Korean barbecue chicken sandwich(sssspiiiicyyyy!!!). I ordered the bison burger with with no lettuce or tomato.... it was delicious!!!

The food was very good! Especially the fish basket! The Nashville Hot Chicken was excellent. Drink menu was alright and the service was efficient. We left a nearby brewery in hopes of getting food and when we arrived here we were seated right away.
