I have no idea how people are giving this place good reviews. I had the 1/4 ribs which were honestly top 3 worst ribs ever. The McDonald’s McRib scores higher than what I got here. They were tough and tasteless, the fat was hard a grizzly. No grill marks on them and slathered in the cheapest “bbq” sauce.
My son had the brisket sandwich which was dripping grease. The meat was tender but entirely tasteless. Even the cheap “homemade bbq” sauce was awful!
My wife’s chicken was decent, she had no complaints. The bathroom floors were sticky and the men’s room smelled like a dirty diaper. The water from the faucet had such a strong sulfur smell I nearly gagged… no paper towels to dry and the blower didn’t work.
The only good thing about this visit was the waitress was pleasant and on her game with drink refills.

Food itself was decent. But, they have the worst condiments I have ever tasted. The ranch was awful and so was the ketchup. Both are clearly very very cheap brands that nearly made me gag. The waitress was terrible as well, I would not really recommend this place.

Dear Owner, Well, you got one thing right: and it certainly wasn't the food, the cleanliness, the experience, or the service. But you are correct in saying my original review wasn't a review. It was a RATING. Unfortunately, the lowest number of stars was 1, Google wouldn't let me select 0.
The food for our party of 6 was inedible, brought out on dirty plates, and our feet were sticking to the floor under the table from the filth. The bathrooms were gnarly.
Congratulations on running the worst food establishment in Cooperstown! Nice job ?

Not their greatest showing and as other stated lightly staffed. I know it's late in the tournament season, but service was extremely slow, brought drinks, left and didn't return until food came out approximate 45 min later with a less than 1/2 full customers dinning and they were out if a few main menu options as well. The food was not hot and lacked a best effort in our opinion. This may be a really good place, but on our visit it was not great and again it could just be our 2nd to last week of Cooperstown tournaments timing.
Nice little place in Cooperstown for Bbq. Ribs were really good, and so were the wings. Had a great smoky flavor. Wasn't too busy for a weekday night, so it was a nice meal with a good woodsy like atmosphere. Would definitely recommend it.

Food was excellent. Seemed like they didn't have enough help waiting tables. We waited 5 minutes for someone to seat us ( no one at front) we again waited pretty long for a waitress to come to our table once we were seated. Once we ordered a drink and food, it came pretty quickly. But our waitress never checked back with us ( we probably would have had another round of drinks) and we had to corral her just to get our check when she came near our table . Again, I am guessing they were understaffed and the food was excellent, but all the waiting soured us from coming back.

Sign says they welcome baseball families, however, as we were waiting the 30 minutes before being seated, bartender would not allow me to buy a soda for my son and a drink for myself while we waited. Her comment was that she could only serve two people at the bar and there were already to people sitting. Don’t advertise that families are welcome when you couldn’t accommodate us buying a soda while we waited for a table. Staff was very unfriendly.
