I haven’t been in Cooperstown in quite some time and having to wait for a bit for my wife’s surgery to be completed I went to Upstate bar and grill for the first time. It’s been a while since I’ve been in Cooperstown and having to wait for a bit for my wife’s surgery to be completed I went to Upstate bar and grill for the first time. Stopped for lunch. Jessica our waitress was great- friendly, funny ,helpful. Food was delicious so we came back for dinner. Delicious steak, cooked to perfection. Southwest salad was delicious , lots of flavor. Live music at bar so stayed for a drink. Atmosphere was great.
