This location is absolutely the worst. I tried to order a Banana split at the drive-through. The employee told me that I had to come inside for that. I’m not understanding how it is a Dunkin’ Donuts Baskin-Robbins drive-through if I have to go inside for orders it’s a reason why I’m on the drive-through so I wouldn’t have to go inside. I don’t know who is running this location, but they really need to retrain their staff all over again because this is the absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts Baskin-Robbins that I have been to.

Whoever owns this place really needs to learn how to hire somebody. All 3 times I’ve gone it was different people and it’s always absolutely terrible. Yelling and screaming workers. This time the guy just stood at the drive through window starring at us the whole time. They were singing in a screaming way. What a joke of a location honestly, I just don’t get how it’s even lasting
