The lady taking my order insisted I get Sprite from the fountain when I wanted an iced tea with my #2. After going back and forth several times, I asked how much the burger and fry is, since I only got the combo because of the drink. She never communicated, printed my order and told me to go over there and pay. I also asked three times no pickles. My burger had three huge pickes on it. I told the guy at the register that they lady was kinda rude. He looked at me and didn't say a word and walked away. He must have been too busy on his phone. I will never get gas or eat at this place again. Worst customer service I've had in a long time. The only reason I gave two stars is after I removed the pickles, the burger was good.

I went to this place because my wife wanted a hamburger, the ones serving practically ignored us for being on her phone. The other one arrived and what she did was be on her phone. I think that since they are only employees, they don't care if they sell or not.

This review is specifically for the Wantagh NY location. The quality at BKlocations varies greatly. This one is by far the best I've been to. The orders are served hot & fresh without screw-ups. You really can't ask for more from a fast food joint.
