they do not listen, asked for toasted bagels and when i came home found them all to be freezing cold, idiots.

The bagels are delish but the service is lacking. It took two people to serve one customer while 3 other employees lingered near the kitchen. My sandwich was good but, again, poor counter service that day. When I asked where to place my order, the woman told me, "Here up front, but were helping this person, so... " O.K. I may try them again because they are on my route, but I won't expect fast service and will plan to wait for chatting employees to finish yheir conversation.

The absolute best bagel place in Southwest Suffolk. Absolutely wonderful staff. No matter how busy it gets the staff always has a smile and is happy to help move it along quickly. Lots of people have been there working for a decade plus - the wonderful ladies that open weekday mornings namely are absolutely wonderful. I sometimes stop in for a breakfast sandwich just to get a smile and a warm welcome to the morning from these wonderful women; everyone that works there is simply terrific.

Waited pretty long to even have my order taken. They were taking and making orders one at a time which I thought was odd and lead to a huge line forming. The bagel was okay but absolutely drenched in butter and cream cheese.
