Sooo... the workers are super nice always in a great mood but the parking sucks. Customers backing out into the thru. Near impossible to make a left into the lot, hard getting out while others are coming in onto Montauk hwy.

I'm glad they shut down the old location and moved here. It's much better with the drive thru and more spacious interior. Donuts are always fresh and tasty. Do yourself a favor and try the Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate.
(Also, did anyone notice the putrid smell emanating from the old location?)

This is my first time actually coming to sit down and work here after having the worst experience of my life at the Lindenhurst location. Not sure why there are bad reviews, but the service was fast, pleasant and efficient for me. I have no complaints. The workers may have changed since the bad reviews. It was quiet enough to work here and the store is clean and so is the bathroom. I am happy with my experience. I will come back.
The Lindenhurst location should definitely take notes. The workers there are disrespectful, unprofessional and straight up rude. Will never be returning there.

Didn’t even get to order. Came here at 7pm on Sunday, expecting quick service. Unfortunately waited behind a car by the ordering mic for about 5 minutes with nothing changing. Imagine it being this bad during off peak hours it’s probably was during peak. I ended up getting tired of waiting no sign of change and instead of possibly wasting another 5 minutes or more I drove away

This USED to be my favorite dunkin spot to go to. I’d drive out of my way to go to this one specifically. However the last few times the service was terrible and the workers unfriendly. Today really topped it off for me after Myra over charged me for both of the drinks and was not able to offer any refund or help due to no manager being available. I would have let this go but she was extremely rude & offered no resolutions only was more combative. Don’t go here

I liked everything about this Dunkin Donuts and I’ve always been going there. I REALLY recommend the cookies and cream milkshake! It’s my fav thing on the menu;)
Staff was very friendly and store was sparkling clean, ice cream was perfectly made the way I ordered it .

my first time here was a good experience.I was waited on promptly the donuts were fresh and delicious and the place has a nice clean dining area.

Really debated writing this review but hopefully someone will see it who cares & wants to make a difference. This Dunkin is terrible. The good reviews but be friends or paid reviewers. I had to throw out 2 orders of everything mini bagels and 2 avocado toasts because they tasted like cleaner, actual chemicals or soap. I wrote to the Dunkin app & they said someone in management would reach out. No one ever did. I honestly dont even think they have management there. Employees who need a job and dont care. They also must be reheating food multiple times or holding on to unused food too long as i went another time after that (its the closest dunkin to my house) and i asked for 2 everything bagels NOT toasted, they gave me 1 bagel which was toasted. I spoke to my sister about it and she said the same thing happens to her which makes me think theyre reheating stale food to freshen it up. The energy drinks which should be carbonated are often flat & they put too much syrup and water instead of club soda. Ill be going to a dunkin out of my way before work now because they suck so bad.
