my first time here was a good experience.I was waited on promptly the donuts were fresh and delicious and the place has a nice clean dining area.

Really debated writing this review but hopefully someone will see it who cares & wants to make a difference. This Dunkin is terrible. The good reviews but be friends or paid reviewers. I had to throw out 2 orders of everything mini bagels and 2 avocado toasts because they tasted like cleaner, actual chemicals or soap. I wrote to the Dunkin app & they said someone in management would reach out. No one ever did. I honestly dont even think they have management there. Employees who need a job and dont care. They also must be reheating food multiple times or holding on to unused food too long as i went another time after that (its the closest dunkin to my house) and i asked for 2 everything bagels NOT toasted, they gave me 1 bagel which was toasted. I spoke to my sister about it and she said the same thing happens to her which makes me think theyre reheating stale food to freshen it up. The energy drinks which should be carbonated are often flat & they put too much syrup and water instead of club soda. Ill be going to a dunkin out of my way before work now because they suck so bad.

Copiague Dunkin’ Donuts in the evening is horrible! Employees speak Spanish and speak their native language in front of customers talking about them! Once I had to walk behind counter to ASK for service NOBODY answered my call for assistance and they looked at me like I had two heads for walking in back!!! They also didn’t honor me with a free cup of coffee on Tuesday for nurses day!!! It’s a national chain that does this for nurses after 9-11 but not copiague dunkin. Take your business to another Dunkin in evenings just saying. Also the price of the little ice cream cake was $37 walk across the street to carvel same cake $17 less than Dunkin/Baskin Robbin’s

Fast service and good fresh food.
Parking: It is in a slightly congested place but parking spots always available.
On 10/14/24 I entered at 10:55pm with my husband, my in laws and my sister in law who was 9!!!! The lady working that night said she didn’t want to attend us inside but the young man there did. We unfortunately didn’t have a car and we had to order outside in the cold! The lady on top of that laughed at us because we had to stand in the cold to order and it’s just horrible that someone could be capable of that! But I appreciate that young man who did want to attend us inside but the lady unfortunately told him she had to close so she could leave instead of attending customers when the inside of the store was still open
