Let me just say in my 25 years of life, I have never wanted to go back into a restaurant and hug the staff. When I tell you that the food was made with love I mean it.Me and my girlfriend ordered the jerk chicken combo with sides of rice and Mac and cheese, and two patties one spicy beef and jerk chicken pattie. We wasted no time getting back to our car to dug in to what we were sure was gonna be a great meal. We COULDNT HAVE BEEN PREPARED FOR HOW GOOD THE FOOD WAS GOING TO BE!The chicken was hot a juicy, it fell off the bone with ease the flavor was so good with a spice so nice it warms you with love. The two patties were also amazing and bursting with flavor. The rice with the beef gravy was also delicious but compared to everything else I was too distracted to be focused on the rice. Now we get to the mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese felt like it was made by someone's mama, you felt mama's hugs when you dug into that Mac! The flavor was pumping and the cheese was ooey gooey goodness. Probably one of the best Mac and cheese I've ever had.All this dreamy food for twenty dollars, it's something I've not seen in a long time. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant and were greeted by the amazing and friendly staff I knew we were gonna be in for a treat. Thank you to all the terrific staff for an amazing experience. I will be coming back here till the end of time.

The lady with the blonde short hair was very friendly and her customer service was top tier. The other server was polite as well. The chicken is good, I really like the roti. They have options with the roti too, I picked the chickpea one instead of the plain. The dumping was good and they have this sweat dumpling that was okay. It’s honestly a vibe in there just off the customer service.Vegetarian options: They had a lot of vegetarian options like collard green, cabbage and vegetables.Parking: It was crowded in the parking lot.

I have ordered their food through Uber Eats and it was delicious. The portion was just right and the price was reasonable. Unfortunately, I didn't eat there, so not sure about the service or ambiance. It felt like a home cooked meal and not fast food quality! The jerk chicken was amazing!

While in Long Island, my husband wanted Jamaican food, so we stopped here. The restaurant was small and there weren't any places to eat inside. However, the food was delicious. My husband ordered the curry chicken, some steak w/vegetables, cabbage, and rice and beans. I ordered jerk chicken and ribs. Oh my, those ribs were some of the best tasting ribs I have ever tasted at a restaurant; they were juicy, well seasoned, and they had a lot of meat. The food was reasonably priced, and the customer service was excellent. Some Jamaican restaurants have this hot pickled pepper hotsauce that they sale, it is super hot (do not recommend for those who are faint at heart when it comes to heat) it is deliciously flavored and compliments the food. I didn't see it, so I asked if they had it they did, and we were able to get some in a to go container. We recommend this place. When we take another trip to Long Island, we will definitely go back again. We gave it an overall 5. Our only suggestion would be to have more ox tails (my husband wanted some, yet they were sold out because they are a popular item). In addition, just a heads up, they are located in an area where there are many shops, yet the parking is very limited. Fyi, they did give me more chicken/ribs; I was eating them before I took the picture (so good).Parking: Maybe 30 parking spaces in that lot where the restaurant is located.

As a delivery courier I went to this place to pick up an order. They gave me the order and micro managed me. Asked me multiple times to confirm the order. As I walked out the store they were still yelling at me to confirm the order. I showed you my phone with the customers name and details , that’s confirmation. I’m not your employee, u will not micro manage me. Stope with the accusatory treatment of delivery drivers who support your Business!

The food is really good...sometimes when your order online you take a risk in getting half the order right.. however in person it's always hitting. My favorite thing is the cornmeal porridge. The ambiance is like every other Jamaican restaurant nothing special but it's not the ambiance I'm there for it's the food. Also they have great curry goat roti!

Born and raised in Brooklyn, in the hood and we had Caribbean spots everywhere, but it comes down to what spot tastes the best. I moved out to Long Island a few years back not expecting to find a valid Caribbean spot. Jamaican Paradise is the first spot I tried out and ever since the first try I gave it a thumbs up. I stopped buying from for a while and when I came back it's like I'm back in Brooklyn. I had their large mango salmon with sides the day and honestly because of that plate is the reason why I'm writing this. I NEVER had salmon that tasted sweet, rich and glamorous in flavor. Mixing the salmon up with the sides made it 10x better?. This spot got their mac n cheese on POINT and most Jamaican spots just can't get it right. I usually don't post reviews even if the place is good. The place have to honestly be better than good in order for me to say something about it. I give this place a 10/10 and I recommend everyone to try this place out if you want your tastes buds to explode. And just know I'm not a easy person to please when it comes to food, I just have a high tolerance when it comes to certain foods.
