Their menu is very colorful, and they have a nice window wrapping food display to open your appetite just by looking at it. You can order fresh tostones known as fried green plantains. With a heavy selection of hot items available on the food bar, the strong following of blue collar guys on line to get a delicious hot lunch or dinner you know they are doing something right and they do. Service is fast and the latin food selection is both hot a delicious.

Called ahead for an order and they had advised me that it would take about 7 minutes for my order to be done. I came after 10 minutes and proceeded to wait on line and told the cashier that I called it. she gave me a confused face like I didn't and then went to check the call in orders and asked me what I had ordered. I told her and paid for my meal and proceeded to wait. I sat there for about 10 with her coming back to me asking what I ordered for the second time. she did again and for the third time I told her my order. she continues doing whatever she's doing and I continue to wait. she came again for the fourth time after I've been wait g for 45 minutes and then finally went to check with the cook. now I've been here for about 45 minutes and you'd think they would of at least started making the ORDER THAT I CALLED IN ADVANC! But no, she makes me wait an additional 15 minutes before finally yelling at the back staff saying where's my order. They start arguing saying the order was made but I've been sitting there with nothing in my hands. Now time check, I've been here for an hour and finally they signal me for the 6th time confirming my order and I'm just over all this shit and want to go home. I don't say a word because it doesn't take 6 fucking times to get someone's order. They finally called my order with them saying that "They had my order and they don't where it went" now let me know how any of that is my problem and why did I have to wait an hour when it could have just been remade. Honestly after this whole experience on a Sunday morning after I just got up. Just going to find another deli cause this wasn't it. PSA For those wondering, all interactions happened in Spanish as I'm Dominican
