“I mainly take the time to prepare my own meals because most places have unhealthy food and usually don't have the best standards of cleanliness and care for the food. But last week i couldn't and prepare my meals so I was looking around for the best meal prep places (menu, cleanliness, high quality food, portions, high quality ingredients, care, nutritional value), and I'm glad I picked Redefine Meals because everything was Fresh, nice portions, nutritious and tasted great! I haven't tried any other meal prep company's and i don't think I need to because the food and customer service here was great. I had the Hibachi steak and chicken quesadillas. The steak was tender, a good serving of steak and tasted very good. The quesadillas were also very fresh, great ingredients, and you can tell they care how they prepare their food for customers. I'll be filling up my fridge again and will definitely be coming back as a regular customer. Thank you to the team at Redefine meals! 🥩“

I’ve been ordering Sedjedo’s meal prep for a little over a month now and I’ve enjoyed every meal! From ordering, to delivery and to heating up my meals, everything’s been great. All the meals heat up nicely. Portion sizes are very reasonable and everything always tastes fresh. Their juices are great and also so fresh. You can taste each fruit/ingredient and I love that!
