Great pies from Nico's. Very impressed. Went in for a few IPAs from Root and Branch and tried a pie from Nico's. Absolutely delicious. Great char on the pie. Added a little hot honey. Was really good. Would recommend coming here for the pizza even if you're not into IPA beer. Yes it was that good. By the train tracks in Copiague

First time I went, unfortunately they ran out of dough, but they made it right for me since I drove 30 minutes just for the pizza. I finally was able to come back and try it. And let me tell you, as a pizza enthusiast, this is the EXACT type of pizza I enjoy. I’ve lived on Long Island my whole life, and I have to say, this place rivals some of the best places of NYC. Will 10000% come back

Best pizza anywhere near here. I live in Brooklyn and frequently make the extra effort to come here when on LI, because it’s better than most of the pizza in NYC. It’s not burnt, it’s charred!

Great great pizza. Perfect pizza and amazing beers. Thin crust bar pie style. Specialty pie changes weekly.

This was delicious. It's a pizza truck on the premises of Root + Branch Brewing. The pies are in between a personal pie and a large pie. I got the original and ended up eating the whole thing because it's so good. Very crispy with the right amount of char. I'll definitely have again when I'm back at the brewery.

Our group had a really good time enjoying beer at Root + Branch and several pies from Nico's Charred Pies. Fresh ingredients and perfectly charred. Delicious! We had an original and the Luisa. We even brought one home for a family member who couldn't join us.Parking: Parking is under the rail road by the Copiague train station.

Best pizza on Long Island. I was so excited to go to R+B and check out Nico’s. Their attention to detail from the ingredients they use down to the charred finish is incredible. Highly recommend!
