Wednesday October 1st I Placed an order on the app from the pizza hut located at 50 E sunrise hwy. In Lindenhurst NY. Upon checking out I realized the order was set to pickup but I really wanted delivery. So I Called the store to see if it could be changed to delivery and was told no but after some rude attitude I was told by a second employee that delivery would be $9. I think for delivery that’s a little bit crazy so I decided never mind we’ll just pick it up. My wife picks up the order and gets it home just to realize they had forgotten a portion of our order that we were charged for. At this point I just want a refund for what was missing because after the rude customer service I’ve received thus far, I’m thinking I probably won’t be giving this location any further business. So I call back to have them refund what was missing, just to be told that a refund is not possible. My only options are I can either go back and pickup what was missing or I can get a store credit for next time. I explained that there will likely not be a next time so I Just want to have what was missing refunded. Again with the rudeness am being told those are my only options so I ask for a manager to which the young lady Haley said there was none available at the time but I could leave my info and wait for this manager Ahmed to return my call at a later date but also had no idea when this manager would be in. So I continue to ask whatever questions I can think to ask before hanging up so I have all the info I need and she says to me “we don’t have time for this because we have customers in the store, I already told you what has to happen so you have to wait for the manager to call you”. I think that for a customer who you have taken money from and now owe money to, you should have plenty of time to turn this bad interaction into a good one and attempt to retain a customer but that’s not what this store believes in. Never getting a call back from this so called manager, I call again the following day to see if he happens to be working and sure enough he answers the phone. I explain to him the reason for my call and he’s already aware of the situation and says he tried to call me back the day before to issue a refund because the refund could only be applied the day of the transaction which doesn't make much sense to me. Not sure how he’d be trying to call me back if there was no manager in anymore for the day but anyways I explained to him that I tried to speak to the staff the day prior and they told me there was nothing that could be done until the following day if the manager was in and they had no time to deal with the situation either and he now says to me that it’s too late for a refund so I can either pickup the order they forgot to give me or just get a credit for next time. So after telling this manager Ahmed that I have absolutely no interest in ever ordering anything from them again, he continues to tell me that it’s too late, a refund is no longer possible and my only options remain either pickup the order or just keep a store credit. This is a prime example of how not to run a business.

Just got two personal-size (6" diameter) pizzas here (1 cheese & 1 pepperoni). They were 2 for $8. They were both okay (with the cheese one a bit drier than the other one - therefore not quite as good) but they were nowhere as good as pizzas from a real pizzeria would have been. But they were still warm and edible and actually not bad at all. Sort of like pizza you'd get at Little Caesar's. A real convenience, since this Bolla Market is open 24 hours a day.

One of the very few places where you might be able to get Pizza & Breadsticks at anytime of the day or night. Pizza is subpar personal pan pies for fast food pizza. Every time the breadsticks have been rock solid. They won't tell you but I am pretty sure if you purchase a fountain drink, pizza and breadsticks you will get a discount deal but if you just get sticks and pizza it will be a few dollars more.

After waiting 45 min for a delivery that my email said would take 30 min i called the resturant to see where it was. After being laughed at and told that wasnt right it will be another 30 min. Dont waste your time go to dominos this is not the first time this has happened and i am sure it wont be the last!
