They are soooo rude at this location. If they mess up they feel like they are right and the customer is wrong. I heard them curse at a customer and the managers are even worse. Every time i go the drinks are ALWAYS wrong or half filled. THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE IN THE WORLD!!. If you wanna have a good day DO NOT COME HERE.

Ordered a drink with no ice and slightly customize. Came out PERFECT. Staff was friendly and prompt.

The staff was a bit rude and they only accept 150 stars or above which kind of sucks if you want to redeem your points. I'd suggest just going to the one down the road they're a lot nicer there.

I've been to every Starbucks on Longisland and in NYC. This is by a landslide the best ran Starbucks.I caught one employees name Cheriese I think and another woman I didn't catch her name. They are always so happy, so helpful and friendly. Not to mention every time i drive up i watch them purrell in between customers and Wipe down surfaces. I used to run EWC and I would have wanted to steal them for my own business!!!Amazing staff. Thank
