Dear Starbucks Team, I’m writing to express my sincere gratitude for the kindness and support I received from one of your incredible employees today, September 21st, at your location 1700 sunrise highway i While waiting in the drive-thru line to receive my coffee, my car suddenly broke down. I was completely panicked, blocking the entire line, and my heart was racing as I tried unsuccessfully to restart the car. To my surprise, no one from the line behind me offered to help I felt completely alone in that moment. Then, to my absolute relief, a Starbucks employee came outside and offered to help. She didn’t hesitate this strong and determined woman pushed my car all by herself, without any assistance from anyone else in line. I was in disbelief at her strength and kindness. While I was on the phone with the tow company, still overwhelmed and shaken, this same employee returned a few minutes later with a coffee and a tall glass of water. She could clearly see I was distressed and went out of her way to bring me some comfort in such a stressful moment. Unfortunately, in all the commotion, I did not catch her name. I also didn’t get the chance to go back into the store and thank her personally, as the tow truck arrived quickly and I had to leave. I deeply regret not being able to express my appreciation in person, so I hope this message reaches her. Please let her know how truly grateful I am not only for her help but for her compassion and thoughtfulness. It’s not every day you encounter someone so selfless and caring, especially in such an unexpected and vulnerable moment. She went far above and beyond her job, and her actions meant more to me than I can put into words. You should be incredibly proud to have such a remarkable individual representing your team. this location has a serious problem when it comes to reading an order properly. If you use Uber or order delivery via app expect a white mocha Everytime you order a VT ICED MOCHA. It's happens 100% when ordering that drink. Either corporate needs to address the training or change the label for the two drinks. This locations mgmt really needs to address their employees issues because it's not an isolated incident. It's happened at least ten times this summer to the point I don't even order the drink I truly want.

Also very long wait times in drive thru. I waited 15 mins another time this week in person.
Drivers for previously mentioned methods will hand the delivery to someone else due to the excessive wait times and lack of attention.

It's raining out. There is no covering at the order window. The inside of my car is now soaking wet. Please address this like every other drive though has.

I really don't post a review like that, but do you really have to order an expensive items on the menu in order to use their restrooms, at least just put the no public restroom sticker on the door before someone else come in and rage over the littlest thing. I only wanted to use the bathroom to wash my hands but the cashier said NO. bathrooms should be opened to the public in case of emergency!
I would give zero stars if I can. Only because I ordered a grande and it wasn’t even enough for at tall, the glass was full of ice to the top. My coffee was half Way, and you can see the coffee’s halfway and when I went to one of the girls I was told brown sugar shaken espresso are like that is just Espresso and glass full of ice As If this is my first time having a brown sugar shaken espresso. you actually look at my account, you will see this is the only drink I have sometimes twice a day. Anyway, I guess I just won’t return to this one I thought all Starbucks are the same, but I guess not. I guess rules are different on this one where you get half coffee not full. even when I ordered on the register, the girl had her back turned towards me making other things which is fine if they’re busy, but I had to ask did my payment go through? Did it scan work ? because she told me you can scan yourself.

I been a regular customer at this Starbucks location for over a year now. I usually go around 7pm and get a brown sugar shaken espresso. The night shifters were always good. I rarely had problems with my drink. I would give the evening/night shift workers 4 stars. Unfortunately the morning/day time are terrible. Ive had multiple bad experiences with my drinks during the day, they fill the cups with an over flowing amount of Ice, they never make a brown sugar correctly, and the matcha is a disgrace. Today was officially my last time coming to this location.

Probably one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Always be prepared to wait for at least 30 minutes no matter how small your order is. I think the problem is there no proper streamline on preparing orders.

Rude. Cashier got my order wrong spoke in a rude and dismissive tone. The worst service I have ever gotten at any Starbucks. Not the best customer service.
