I’m a religious Starbucks coffee drinker and I have never experienced such horrible and rude service! I place an order using the app and when I walked up to the store (during open hours) they were locked! So I drove around to the window and the barista proceeded to scold me for not stopping at the speaker, when I tried to explained that I just wanted to pick up my order but the doors were locked, she called me a lier! Needless to say I got my coffee and will not be going back to this location. Rude people!

This starbucks literally never fails to mess up my drink. No matter what I order, what time of day I go, mobile or in person... it is ALWAYS wrong. This is the easiest starbucks for me to go to as its on my direct route to work, but after today I'm giving up. I'd rather drive out of my way and pay $4 for dunkin then pay $7 for a coffee i take two sips of and throw out before I even walk into my office. Nevermind the employees are rude. theres one older women who never fails to have a smug rude attitude, as if someone is forcing her to keep her job there

I tried the nes frozen lemonade. It was good but I think it could be great. I find, at times, a lack of consistency. Not sure if they just rush to prepare the drink, or they just don't know how to make it correctly.

They short me Pennie’s and dimes every single time I go. If you are short a penny they expect you to come up with the change, but they can take yours like it’s free? I found a bug in the bad where my brownie was. People are rude and don’t pay attention to what they are doing.

One Barista moved the trash can with his bare hands, didn't wash them, and went back to making Driv Thru drinks.Grateful to have the other Barista make my drink. A short coffee, black with no room for milk and no sugar. I had to explain three times that I did not want room for milk.$2.77 later, and this my supposedly 8oz coffee. Looks more like 6oz.

I have visited this location and twice when I pulled off from drive thru my order was wrong. In addition, they never want to give me correct change back, I was actually asked do I want my penny back? YES, I do I could not come here and say well I’m short a penny can you give me my order. That should not have even been a question!!
