Stopped by in passing for a quick bite and picked up a plate of jerk pork with plantains and cabbage. The food was good. My only complaint was the jerk marinade on the pork was very salty and based on the taste, I believe it was the store bought jerk marinade from a jar and not home made. Jerk marinade in a jar is very salty to me. Everything else was good overall.
I’m going to rate the food as delicious, however, store suppose to open 8:30, it’s 8:45 and still not open, no one answered the phone to say when they would open. Would love to take breakfast with me to work but you never know what time they are going to open.
The reason I minus 1 star is due to service & quantity of food a time I went in the evening for the first time on a Friday. My large plate was not equal to what I normally would receive when I went on Sundays. I didn't make a fuss about it because the server was already in a mood....
