Went to Wendy's this afternoon with my 3 young children. And OMG the miscreants middle aged teenagers that came in cursing being very disrespectful to employees. And employees not doing anything about it. Wendys is not a hangout. It's a place to get food eat and leave. They want to hang out they should go to a park. Theses miscreants are starting to take over. Wendys needs to stand up and take a stand. Not let these kids in without parents supervision.
They need to start enforcing these polices like they have done in California. They really need to do something before they start loosing all their customers.

A manager wasnât so nice to me after my $23.88 purchase when I simply asked for a cup holder. Instead of kindly responding, he scoffed and said, âWe donât just give those out for free,â as if my request was completely unreasonable. His tone made me feel small, like my business didnât matter. I had just spent my hard-earned money, and all I wanted was something to carry my drink safely in. The way he dismissed me was uncalled for and insulting.
Today I went through the drive-through and by mistake I wanted to add a small chili to my order and the girl told me that I had to go back through the drive-through again just to add a chili. That is absolutely ridiculous. I will never be visiting this stupid establishment again. Youâre gonna make me wait through the whole drive line just to add something to my order. Thatâs lots of money on your part and I will be calling corporate to complain
