I have been living in the area for years and never had a problem with the staff at this Wendy’s location up until a few weeks ago. I always seem to get the same young girl at the drive through and she always seems to be very impatient and just not polite. Not at all who should be doing customer service. The first couple of times I let it slide because it’s always sad to me when a person comes off this unhappy. Today actually a few minutes ago she was beside herself with her rudeness. All I asked is that our order be put in separate bags and she proceeded to say rudely that they don’t do that and I can go. What??? A male quickly got on and said he is going to talk to her but I doubt that will happen because he seemed amused. So now I will complain to corporate. This should not continue. Once is more than enough. Misery likes company but she can’t have mine. I wonder if anyone in charge from Wendy’s reads these reviews.

I love Wendy’s and I appreciate quick service on the drive thru but to me accuracy is more important. We pulled out and as we were leaving they left out an item . We went back and as we pulled back up to the window he said sorry we ew we forgot after you left . So we left again and still missing an item .

Went through the drive thru and it was great. Fast and efficient. The food was hot and seemed freshly made.
My husband and I went to Wendy's Wednesday and bought two Apple Pecan Salad, one salad was good , the other was not it had a sour taste so we took it back the next day because it was late we had our receipt they refused to give us a refund or replace it, Wendy's lost our business shame on them.
