Great service. They serve impossible burgers, beautifully cooked. They willingly let me put one on a salad as a substitute for the meat.

If you like frozen burgers and store brand buns this is the place for you. My first red flag was 5 pm on a Friday night and the place is empty. The 2nd flag was the place covered in dust. Burgers are mediocre at best. When you go to a place a called "Burgers and Beer of Corning" you expect quality beers and quality burgers. The 2 main components of a burger is the bun and beef. I could have made this at home. We traveled over an hour to Corning to spend the day, ending our day at this restaurant was a bummer. Staff was friendly as hell though.

My wife and I are from Texas and in Corning NY on vacation. We stopped here, sat at the bar and had two of their burgers and the poutine fries, along with a couple beers. The hamburgers and fries were ok, about average, and the atmosphere was good, but the service was poor. There were two staff at the bar who were indifferent, at best, to any of their clients. If you connect with your customers they’re encouraged to stay, maybe have a few more drinks and spend their money with you. If you don’t, they’ll leave and find someplace else to be, which we did. We tried the Iron Flamingo, which is next door and we recommend to anyone else that they do the same.

Not quite the "best" burger(whatever that means to you), but they are damn good consistent burgers.Great to stop in for a quick lunch or with a group. Lots of seating options.Lovely selection of rotating taps with many local options. The auto hand washer is kitsch and fun!Parking: Usually pretty easy to find a spot in front on Market, but it also has an entrance off the parking lot behind.

A memorable experience… just not for the right reasons. I’ll start by saying the food was really good jalapeños cheddar burger and chicken salad with sweet and spicy chili sauce. That being said, the service was nonexistent. After we sat ourselves a sign on the table pointed us to the cash register to order. Ok we get up there and nobody paid any attention until we commented on the girl sitting at the bar taking selfies… then she got up and got behind the bar apparently she was supposed to be working. There was barely any interaction at all. Both people behind the bar were too busy on their phones. Placed our order and as we are checking out (before we got our food or any service at all) we were asked for a tip! For what? As a rule, we are both very generous tippers, but come on. We got our own food, soda, utensils (which were plastic) and the food came in paper containers, which we cleaned up ourselves. We could have stayed home and served dinner and cleaned up for a lot less money. For us the point to going out is to NOT have to do the work. We should have been tipped. We did however, try to tip the cook because the food was good and honesty he’s the only one that did anything, but we were told they share tips and he put it in the container by the register. Even as we were leaving they were too busy on their phones to acknowledge that we were leaving, but at that point we didn’t really expect anything else. So if you don’t mind no service then by all means dine here, like I said the food was good.

I had to walk to a cashier to give my order, get my own food and charged an automatic tip. Same service as McD they don't add tips. Not even sure who got my auto

We love the pizza burgers, Baja burgers, and sweet potato fries here. The dining area was a bit chilly, but not uncomfortable.
